Summary
Vincenzo De Luca, a well-known cardiovascular surgeon, studied in New York and came to settle in Italy, his hometown... On his first day of work in Italy, he is faced with a predicament, a lady{ Ginevra} is brought to the hospital, she is dressed in a wedding dress covered in blood, her face full of deep cuts, and bruises.
