“What’s wrong? I can use my man however I want. Are you not letting me use you?” Annabelle blushed, but she was unwilling to lower her head. She straightened her neck and asked with a bluff. 

Lucas laughed lightly. Seeing Annabelle fly into a rage out of humiliation, he nodded and said in all seriousness, “Of course, you can use me. You can use me however you want! Why don’t you use me now?” 

Annabelle was speechless. 

Lucas could not help but chuckle at her stunned expression. Then, he leaned over and kissed her on the lips. Only then did he sit up straight and buckle his seatbelt before starting the car and driving home. 

Annabelle’s face had always been very red and hot. It only gradually returned to normal after they drove away a long distance. 

When they got home, Annabelle packed up and prepared to cook, Because she had to do a blood test, she didn’t eat breakfast. Lucas didn’t eat either to keep her company. 

“How about I cook some noodles?” Annabelle asked Lucas as she went to the kitchen. 

“Sure!” Lucas didn’t eat condiments like onions, ginger, and garlic, but he wasn’t picky about anything else. 

Hence, Annabelle planned to make a simple meal of noodles. 

There were vegetables and meat in the fridge, so the simple noodles turned into complicated noodles. 

However, this meal of noodles eventually failed. 

Because she accidentally splashed water on the ground while washing the vegetables, Annabelle slipped and almost fell. Fortunately, she got her hands on the table just in time to steady herself. 

“Lu… Lucas!” 

Annabelle did not dare to move. She was afraid that she would fall if she exerted too much strength. She could only ask Lucas for help. 

Lucas was sorting out the documents. Sensing that Annabelle’s voice was wrong, he did not hesitate for a moment and got up and rushed to the kitchen. 

When he saw the scene in the kitchen, he was so frightened that his heart almost stopped beating.

“Does your belly hurt? Do you feel uncomfortable anywhere else?” Lucas laid her down on the sofa, crouched next to her, and asked with a worried look on his face. 

Annabelle touched her belly. The babies in her belly seemed to feel her touch and moved slightly 

Only then did Annabelle shake her head. “My belly doesn’t hurt, nor do I feel uncomfortable!” 

When Lucas heard this, he heaved a long sigh of relief. 

“It’s alright!” Annabelle reached out and patted his shoulder. “I was careless and spilled the water on the ground. I’ll be careful in the future. When cooking…” 

“Why are you still cooking!” Before she could finish, Lucas said, “Let’s go back to the Ross manor. We can move back after the babies are born!” 

Lucas did not dare to let her stay at home alone. This was the situation when he was at home. If he was not at home today, how long could she last in that position? If she fell, wouldn’t she and the babies be injured? 

They would move back to the Ross manor! Now! 

No matter what, Annabelle did not need her to cook in the Ross manor. The Ross manor was always occupied. He did not have to worry that she would be in danger without him around. 

Annabelle certainly did not have any objections about moving back to the Ross manor. After all, the only reason why they moved out was that they did not get along well with Elizabeth. Now that the only problem was gone, they would have no problem going back. 

Since he insisted on going back, they would go back.

“Sit still!” Lucas pushed her back and said fiercely, “I’ll do it!” 

Lucas only packed a suitcase of clothes. As for what was missing, he would buy it if he could. If he couldn’t buy it, he would come back to get it later. 

When they went downstairs, Annabelle was carried into the car by Lucas. 

Annabelle thought Lucas was being a little too cautious, but Lucas thought now that if she could slip on water, she could also slip on the snow on the 

road.

11 was always wise to play safe. Lucas didn’t want anything bad to happen to Annabelle 

The Walker family people, whether it was Donald, Susan, Timothy, or Mary, were 200% open to her moving back in.

Annabelle chatted with Donald and Susan for a while before asking about Elizabeth. 

“She went out with Hazel early in the morning” Mary said “She’s busy all day I don’t know what she’s busy with! If she has the time, she might as well find a boyfriend to date! It’s winter, and everyone else has a boyfriend to help them warm up their hands. She can only freeze like a dog!” 

Annabelle could not help but be amused. According to Lucas, her in laws were particularly liberal and would never force their children to marry. 

So, why did her mother in law remind Elizabeth from time to time to find a boyfriend? 

Elizabeth and Hazel rushed back before lunch. After obtaining Annabelle’s approval, Elizabeth also pulled Hazel in. The originally two–person flower shop became a three–person flower shop Hazel took out all the pocket money the had saved over the years 

Elizabeth’s project had passed Lucas’s review and successfully received the first batch of money. 

They had gone out today to see a flower shop and the Floral Wood plantation that was ready to sell. 

They didn’t fancy the flower shop, but the Floral Wood plantation in the suburbs. 

The two of them had successfully got the Floral Wood plantation and were excited. It was the first time the two of them had done such a big thing 

When they returned home and saw that Annabelle was also there, they were even more excited. 

The three of them huddled together and chattered non–stop 

Seeing this, Lucas sneered. Only the three of them could be so excited over such a small thing. 

On this day, Hazel, of course, had dinner with the Walker family. She had wanted to stay with the Walker family for a while but had to leave early because of the two men’s visit 

That was night. Those two people were none other than Howard and Yolanda 

Hazel had ignored Howard ever since the last time. It was as if she did not have a brother at all. Even if Howard took the initiative to talk to her, she

“Hazel!” Howard shouted in surprise when he saw Hazel.

After taking a few steps, she stopped and reminded Annabelle senously, “Annabelle, stay by Lucas’s side, and don’t go anywhere! Don’t let him be seduced by the old demoness!”
