Okay let's summarize the last thing that has happened in the past few minutes.

Leonardo is a traitor who is friends with the vampires infiltrating the pack, my mother tried to murder my half brother along with his mother before he was born multiple times, Leonardo was kidnapped by the bloodsuckers causing my fathe to search for him for twenty years, and now a big white wolf is in the middle of my living room jumping for the jugular of the newest member of the family....

I knew I should have stayed in bed with my mate.

We were all shocked when the rouge went straight to attack my half brother, completely obviating our presence, and I kn by the look we shared that we all had the same thought.

Do we help him or let him fend for himself?

My parents motioned for us not to interfere and we put some distance with our bodies on edge just in case they attacked us too.

I sniffed in the direction of the window as I surveyed the surroundings in case anyone else came with her, but it was emp my nose pecked and my wolf growled with recognition.

Her scent was familiar but where had I sniffed it before?

The sound of something breaking returns my attention to the fight still going on in the middle of my house, the sound being Leonardo being smashed against a mirror hanging on one of the walls.

We rolled around on the floor while scratching, biting, shoving, in short, any kind of attack that could cause as much damage as possible.

But even though we were both drawing blood, you couldn't feel the murderous aura that there was with Leonardo while they were fighting, and that just meant that even though we wanted to hurt each other, we didn't really have any intentio of killing each other.

-I say they're going to separate them before they know it. Julian seconded.

“Would you two shut up?” Jack shouted and I thanked him while dodging a head b**t. “It's obvious that Juliet is going to lose because she won't do anything to upset her partner” he continued and I knew I had spoken too soon.

When I wanted to say a scathing comment in her direction, my partners friend managed to embed her claws in my right arm causing me to yelp in pain.

We were in a world of trouble.

Which only increased when my father grabbed Leonardo by the shoulders to subdue him and mom stood in front of Dian to cut off her vision.

The air felt heavy and I let my head fall back as I closed my eyes wearily.

This was definitely going to be a long night.
