Chapter 41

Dominic's POV

Teasing Bethany had been more t*****e for me than it was for her. As I sat for dinner, I couldn't help thinking about her, I could feel my d**k throbbing between my legs. I tried to hide my growing bulge from everyone in the room, and I thought I was successful until Bianca came to serve my food and she whispered to me in a seductive tone,

“I can always ease your discomfort. If only you would let me, I could give you more pleasure than you can ever imagine, I could make you feel good, you just have to let me.” She whispered in my ears, making me growl out in anger.

“F**k offi” I roared at her in anger, pushing her out of my side. Damn, I hate that b***h, she has a way of getting me so pissec off that I tend to just lose my temper and snap at her whenever she is anywhere close to me.

After Dinner, I met with Graciela in my office. She had been hinting to me in the dining room that she wanted to see me, I wa super excited when she told me that she had decided to leave today. She said her mom is missing and she doesn't want her sisters or Bethany to know about it. She had gotten a message from Lucas Durego, he had threatened to kill her mom and sibling if he doesn't get his money in the next few days. He had been in her house, he had taken some pictures in his house to threaten her, and ever since then, she had not been able to reach her mom and it's getting her so upset. She had been trying to reach her on phone, but she wasn't responding to her calls and she did not reply to her messages.

She had decided to seek out the Mafia Lord and ask for his help. I put her through every detail about the Mafia Lord. She ha spent some time with him, but I'm pretty sure that she knows nothing about him. I sent five of my strongest warriors with her, I need them to follow her and help her get through to him. Two of them are going to try and find her mother before her trial runs cold, I wasn't paying attention to her family's affairs as I should, I should have sent someone to keep watch on her mother, I could have stopped them from taking her from their house. I know I was only trying to use her to get an audience with Marco Lorenzo, but I wouldn't have let them take her anyway. The least I could do right now is to try and get her back before she gets to see Marco. He is not new in this business, he would definitely know that I'm using her, he would not work with me if he finds out that I made no attempt to get her back. I need to get in his good books if I ever need him to help me. On the other hand, Bethany would never forgive me if she finds out that her friend's mother is missing. She is so smart, too smart for her own good. It wouldn't take her long to figure out why I sent her friend to the Mafia Lord, I'm sure she'll be pissed at me for using her friend that way, and she'll be even more pissed if she finds out that I did not stop those thugs from getting Graciela's mom. With all these in mind, I sent two guys to search for her mother, while the other three guys would go along with Graciela. I need him to know that if he doesn't help her out, Lucas would kill her, not just her, but her family would be eliminated as well.

She agreed to follow my instructions and do exactly as my boys told her to do. I gave her a few tips on how to get him to listen to her, I hope she warms her way into his heart one more time, he has not been seen for the past few years, and I have no idea why he chose to remain hidden from everyone, but I'm hoping she brings him back and gives him a reason to come out of hiding and face this crisis that has taken over his country before it is too late. After she left my office, I had a meeting with my generals and other high-ranked warriors, I had given them some information about the raid that took place today. Their rooms were searched and they saw some of the warriors being dragged off to the dungeon, I don't want them to know the whole truth, which is why I omitted the part that involves Bethany, I only told them that the guys had stolen my potion and sold it off to my enemies.

I sent the guys we caught to a secret location and then I told them that we have executed the traitors and thrown their bodies into the lagoon. I didn't let them know that I was still searching for a mole, I kept every information about the weapons that were sneaked into this Castle by the moles. I let them believe that everything is going according to their plans I put on a fierce look, giving them no chance to question my words. I could see the curiosity on their faces, I know they have a lot of questions on their minds, but they are too scared to ask me any, that is exactly what I wanted.

About forty minutes into our meeting, two of my generals slumped in our midst, causing a panic in the room as everyone rushed to their sides to see what is wrong with them. I picked up their cup and inhaled its content, I didn't need to be told that itis my special potion, I could smell it on them and I could also feel their use from their ankle, this meant that they are still alive, they simply passed out from exhaustion. I couldn't think of anyone that could try this s**t with me right now, but Bethany. She is the only one that is in possession of that serum and she is the only one bold enough to push me even further even after knowing that I'm already pissed off. She is simply pushing my buttons, getting me more pissed, or maybe she is just trying to please her lover, King Ashford.

She doesn't care about me, not one bit. She had said that she would try and win back my trust, but she is still carrying out his instructions, taking out my generals one after the other. She must have heard me standing outside her room the other day, that is why she had said those things. She wants to throw me off her track while she carries out his orders. I'm never going to let her off this time. This time, I would let her feel the brunt of my wrath. I thought she was going to change, but it seems like she keeps getting worse every f***+*g day. King Dominic was right when he decided to use her to get me, she is definitely my weak point, there is no other person in this Castle that could make me feel this weak and helpless, it's only he; only Bethany. The worst part of it all is that she keeps pushing me to the wall, forcing out the beast within me.

Ithink it is now time I take her to a different location. She is a threat to me and everyone in this Castle. She isn't planning of changing, not anytime soon anyway. I sent everyone out of the room while the doctor examines them. I sat on the couch watching for his diagnosis although I'm pretty certain that their drinks were tainted by Bethany, and she had used my own potion on my men. From the corner of my eyes, I saw Bianca hiding by the corner, peeking in to see what is happening in there. I didn't think much about it because she doesn't have anything to do with all this, at least I'm pretty certain about that. She may be a needy w***e, but she is not a traitor, I have never found any evidence that could suggest that she has anything to do with King Ashford. I wonder why she is peeking in, I guess her curiosity cannot be curbed today.

Iignored her and focused on doctor Fred, who has been checking on the guys for a good few minutes. He confirmed my earlier suspicion that they were poisoned with my potion. I instructed Carl and Dwayne to spread the news and tell everyon: that the two generals are doing okay. If anyone asks what was wrong with them, they were to tell everyone that it was an allergic reaction to something they ate tonight. I mind linked some warriors to help lift the men into the car as doctor Fred takes them to the hospital to extract the poison from them.

“I need Bethany out of this Castle as soon as possible, Carl. Make arrangements to move her out before I strangle her.” I told him through our mind link.

“We don't know if it's her, my king. We need to investigate properly so we don't make a mistake. Bethany has been spending 50 much time with Harriet lately, I'm sure Harriet would never let her use those serums on the guys. I'm not saying she is right, all I'm saying is, give me a chance to confirm from Harriet. I'll make sure to uncover the secrets behind all this mystery He pleaded softly.

“I really don't care what you do Carl, just get her as far away from me as possible. If I see her anywhere near me, I won't be held responsible for my actions!” I retorted fiercely, cutting off the link before he could say anything to me. Doctor fred and the guys have all left this room, leaving me to my thoughts. I was about to turn around and head back to the office when I spotted a glass of Scotch on the counter with some ice in it. This is exactly what I need right now to clear my head. I grabbec the glass and downed its contents, gulping it down my throat.

As I headed to my office, I felt my d**k getting hard. I could feel my body getting hot with desires, s****( desire.
