Alpha Elias
Chapter 20

Her magic burned the room, destroyed every inch of the room that had caused her pain over the years.

Myra did not know how to stop the flames that danced on the floors in the room she was left alone in. They had run, leaving her behind to burn herself to death.

Luna! Myra screamed in her mind, as she noticed her hands burning through the ropes around her. Her body was literally covered in flames and she didn’t know how to stop it.

I don’t know what to do! Luna panicked in her mind, as Myra looked around. The paint was peeling off, dripping as the flames covered every single inch of the room. The chair burned below her and she fell down on her ass, her arms burning.

Everything she touched, it burned.

The door burned as well and Myra saw, her vision still red, Elias staring at her with wide eyes. “Help me.” She pleaded, begged the only man she would ever beg.

“I’m here, baby, I’m here.” His voice was a whisper, as he looked around, trying to find a way inside. Everything burned.

Myra tried to move but the more she touched everything, the brighter her body glowed with flames. She didn’t care. She needed to get to Elias, for him to cool her down like he had been doing for weeks.

Myra crawled on the floor, closer to him and he let out a curse as the door broke in front of her. “Don’t move.” He warned her, quickling taking his jacket off.

Letting out a breath, Eloas threw his jacket onto the small flames that danced in front of him. He stomped his foot on his jacket, blinking the flames out of existence.

He entered the room and her eyes widened as he dodged every flame that came at him. “You and I, against everything.” There was a smile on his face as if the flames that grew with every breath she took, did not bother him.

That was the man that cared deeply for her. Myra pushed herself up, onto her feet, not caring if she burned brighter. She wanted to get to him.

Myra walked through the flames that stopped burning with every step she took. He waited for her to come to him. She stood in front of him, a whisper leaving her lips, something she would never say in front of anyone else. ”I’m a monster.” Her voice broke as she tried to reach out to Elias but quickly removed her burning hand.

She couldn’t touch him. He would burn.

Elias smiled at her softly. “You are no monster, Myra. You are a powerful female who will one day rule this world.” He grinned, pride shining in his eyes. “Take a deep breath and think of it like a switch.” Elias was reaching at any possibility to help her. “You can flick it on and off because you are in control.” * He reached out his hand for her to hold.

She didn’t want to burn him and would never bring any sort of harm to him. Myra closed her eyes, listening to the flames that raged inside of her, wanting to consume every inch of her body and soul. She would not allow it because she was in control.

Letting out a deep breath, Myra blinked the flames out inside of her.

“That’s my girl.” Elias said proudly, and she felt his hand on her face that still seemed to burn. his touch was cool, calming her down as she opened her eyes, her sight no longer red.

He stood in front of her, taking a step closer as he cupped her face with both hands. “I am in love with you and I am proud to call you my mate.” He whispered to her softly as he leaned down to kiss her.

The kiss was soft, gentle and full of the love he wanted to show her. She kissed him back, holding onto him, to her happiness as tightly as she could. Elias wrapped an arm around her waist, pulling her closer so every inch of her body seemed to cool down at his touch. She couldn’t get enough of him, as she pushed her hands through his hair. Her fingers tugged on his hair before she pulled away to breathe. “I love you too.” She whispered against his lips, as he kissed her again, as if he couldn’t stop.

“Say it again.” His voice was a plea as he rested his forehead against her.

“I love you.” It was so heartfelt to hear it and say it to the one she didn’t want to hide anything from.

“I love you.” He repeated the words over and over again as the smile never disappeared from his face.

“I hate to break this up, lovebirds, but I think it’s time to go.” Myra heard Zac’s voice behind Elias.

He pulled away from her and she looked over at Zac. “They have gone, haven’t they?” She asked him, the guilt in his eyes as he nodded.

“I-” Zac ran a hand through his hair. “Thank you for getting Liv to safety. I-” he let out a breath of relief. “I’m really thankful.”

Myra nodded, a smile on her face, though her insides seemed to burn. “I promised to protect her.” She said to him and he nodded, saying thank you again before walking away from them.

Myra turned to look up at Elias, who stood in front of her again. “They continue to run but we will find them, right?” She asked him softly. She was tired of the cat and mouse chase.

“My men are looking for them. Can I ask something from you?” Elias asked as he pushed a strand of her hair behind her ear.

Myra nodded a thought crossing her mind. Her clothes were still intact even though she had burned.

“Can I kill your parents? I will leave the other two pricks to you, but your parents, I want them to die by my hand.” He said, his voice full of violence and a promise of death for those who had hurt her.

Myra nodded. “I don’t ever want to face them.” She told him, hearing the sound of wolves being ripped into outside of the house.

“Good.” Elias leaned down and pressed a soft kiss on her lips before taking a step back. “Let’s go home so we can find out why my mate is a burning flame.” He winked at her, holding his hand out for her. Always at her pace.

Myra held his hand and together they walked out of the burned basement. With every step she took forward, her previous life, full of torture *disappeared. Every memory blinked out of existence the further she walked up the stairs.

Together, hand in hand, she walked out of the house, the light shining down on them. Her pack, their pack were still fighting, blood coating the grass as the bodies were ripped apart.

Elias walked with her into the fight, a path of grass that was left bare of any blood and they walked past the pack fighting and removing her past with every step took away from the bloodbath.

They would happily kill her pack for her. She allowed it, letting go of the memories as Elias tightened his hand around hers.

They were going home. To her new home, the one she deserved.

In comfortable silence, Myra and Elias walked through the forest, the memories of her trying to run away resurfacing.

“This is where it happened, isn’t it?” Elias asked quietly, pulling her closer to himself. He wrapped an arm around her shoulder, as she nodded. “We’ll end them all, I promise you.” He kissed the top of her head.

She believed him because he was the only one she could trust wholeheartedly. Elias had shown her love, compassion, understanding, family in the few weeks she had stayed with him. He had been patient with her, letting her go at her own pace and she liked that. She loved it.

She saw the border before he did. “I tried to cross that line many times.” She said to him, holding tightly on his hand.

Myra pulled Elias over the line and she let out a breath, feeling the air change around her. Elias chuckled, noticing how she walked away from him.

Elias watched her twirl around. He felt her happiness as she tilted her head up and stared at the ceiling, a big grin on her face. “For the first time, I feel free.” She let out a breath and turned to look at him.

“I feel free, Elias.” She reached out her hands to him, and he chuckled, walking towards her. Myra held his hands as Elias twirled her around, her dress flowing a little and she laughed.

Wolves growled behind them and she ignored everything, already knowing it was their pack. Elias didn’t stop twirling her and she didn’t stop skipping ahead as she felt content with herself, with her life.

The voices inside of her urged her to be careful and she was. Luna happily bounced on her toes, feeling Myra’s happiness.

She was going to kill the Alphas and the rest of her life could go to learning how to control the flames inside of her. Her body did burn, the shoes she had been wearing no longer on her feet. She was barefoot and the grass hissed under steps but she didn’t care as she walked ahead.

Myra could feel Elias close behind, keeping an eye on her as she followed the wolves home. He let her have her moment, to enjoy the peace and the happiness. She knew that today was her first step into her new life, and a day was to come where she would take a few steps backwards before she could bolt into her new life.

She needed to control the flames though and she wanted to learn everything about them. There was no chance in hell that she could kill them with her magic because she didn’t know how to do it.

Maybe there will be a guidebook on how to use magic. Luna said to her and Myra shrugged her shoulders before she turned around to look at Elias.

Immediately, he walked towards her and held her hand as she said. “I want to learn more about my magic.” Her magic. Nobody could steal it from her.

“I will try to find you anything related to the elements.” He said to her and she smiled at him.

Myra leaned up on her toes, ignoring the audience around them and she kissed his cheek softly. “Thank you.” She wanted him to know that she was grateful for everything he was doing. Sᴇaʀᴄh thᴇ (F)indNƟvᴇl.ɴet website on Gøøglᴇ to access chapters of novels early and in the highest quality.

Elias smiled, his hand coming up to her cheek. He ran his thumb over her lips ever so slowly. Her eyes darkened as she felt the flames igniting inside of her. He took a step closer, leaning down to whisper in her ear. “I wonder if you would be able to control the flames if I fucked you.”

She didn’t think she could.

“Maybe a shower would help.” She breathed out as her lips covered his thumb. His hand came around her waist, the sound of wolves running, giving them privacy. Elias pushed his thumb into her mouth with one command through her mind. Suck.

She did exactly that. Myra scraped her teeth against Myra thumb, watching his eyes darken as he watched her. She didn’t break eye contact with him as she sucked his thumb imagining it as something else.

The flames inside of her twisted and turned, rising up slowly. She pushed them down, forcing them to disappear as one thought crossed her mind. Pleasure.

Elias pulled his thumb out of her mouth, his hand wrapped around her neck. She fucking loved it and he could see that in her eyes as she tilted her head up a little, begging him to kiss her.

He leaned down, his hand choking her in the middle of the forest where they were alone. She felt his lips kissing her mark as he turned her head to the side, giving himself access.

Myra held onto his shirt, wanting to pull him closer as her eyes closed. His lips moved up her neck as he sucked on her skin. “I think you would burn me.” His voice was a murmur against her jaw.

“I won’t.” Her voice was a plea to him to run his fingers all over her body that seemed to burn.

“You’re burning.” He chuckled softly, his lips inches away from hers as she opened her eyes. His eyes were dark and full of lust. Love. She wanted him just as much as he wanted her.

“I won’t.” She said, trying to push the flames down as his hand gently tightened around her neck. She wants to moan at the cool touch as he leaned closer to her.

“What if you burn me?” A soft kiss was placed against her jaw. “What if you hurt me?” Another kiss on the edge of her lips. “What if-”

“Fuck what if.” She hissed at him, trying to turn her head towards him as she smelt the arousal dripping from her. He could scent it.

“A cruel dirty mouth.” He purred against her lips. “Do you want to be fucked, Myra? Or do you want to be loved?” He drawled out in a low voice as he watched her pupils expand.

She wanted him now.

“Both.” She breathed out, loving the hand around her neck which squeezed her a little more. Elias pushed a knee in between her thighs and the flames inside of her danced brighter.

“You’re so wet.” He whispered in her ear, pulling on her earlobe, teasing her as his lips kissed their way down her neck. “All of that pent up frustration. Are you ready to let go?”

She moved herself against his knee, rubbing herself against him as an instinct to feel pleasure came over her. Elias chuckled against her skin as she rubbed herself against him faster, letting out a moan as he bit into her skin, into her mark.

She moaned letting go of herself completely.

He cursed, pulling himself away from her instantly and falling to the ground as she burned in bright flames.

Elias stared up at her, a chuckle passing past the lips that had teased her. ” I fucking love you.”
