“I’m not sure, but Warren, don’t let the absence of our CEO stall your festivities. Let’s stick to the schedule, Larkin’s answer was intentionally vague. 

Disappointed, Bainbridge ushered Larkin into the grand hall. With the founder of Summit Corp absent, Larkin was the face of the corporation. They had to keep up appearances.
