“So this suggestion is rejected?” said Kaydos to the generals after a long discussions.

All of the general agreed on that Rad must not be out of his cell no matter what happened.

“We can use a stellar bomb” said one of the generals.

Everyone in the royal meetings room turned their heads toward the speaker.

“Stellar bomb?! You want us to destroy this rich solar system by our hands? Destroying the blue planet is a rejected idea and you want us to destroy the whole solar system?” said Kaydos to the speaker.

“my lord, this battle is a battle for surviving, not for the riches like the situation was before…we have to kill Manod before this get out of hand and we will be easily able conquer Phoenix kingdom”

There was silence in the room as everybody were thinking about this shocker suggestion before Kaydos finally said: this suggestion needs some study my brother…Bados.

“But we have soldiers on the ground down there” said one of the generals.

But Kaydos had another opinion: if you were talking about the 8 units from the ‘sons of the kingdom’ surly we will withdraw them but if you were talking about the monsters, you will be sorry because we will left them there.

Kaydos finished the meeting so the generals left the room to do their tasks leaving Kaydos alone in the meeting room watching Phoenix’s ship on the large screen having thousands of thoughts fighting each other in his head.

Meanwhile, Manod was in his royal room alone trying to understand what he just heard.

“Are they really thinking about destroying the whole solar system?” said Manod to himself as he was worried for the first time since the start of this war. Manod was worried about that he will not be able to call the lady of miracles for an entire year if he decided to put Terra’s ship in front of a black hole and he didn’t want to waste the wish on scum like Kaydos.

He rose from his throne that was represent the glory of a kingdom that was built over the corpses of kingdoms he annihilated with no mercy.

He headed to the window that was looking on the solar system hoping that glorious view will help him to find some way to avoid the use of the lady of miracles but Manod didn’t couldn’t find any substitute but to call up his supreme minster.

“Being a weaker person will help you always to find a smart ways to get out of a situation…that’s why you needs me” Raman said to himself.

“But my lord…” said Raman ending the small celebration that Manod was having.

“We need to be at proper distance…and by proper I mean far enough to guarantee that we have enough time to scape and the same time shoot the carrier once its out of Terra’s ship.

“Good point…it should be dead accurate”

“Why you don’t do it by yourself, my lord?”

Manod was wordless for a few moments without having any expressions on his face, so Raman thought that his king might be angry at him so he retract: I’m sorry my lord.

Manod didn’t spit a word so Raman said: I mean if you did it yourself…

Manod interrupted him: think carefully about the things you’re saying or else…

Raman kneeled before he said: I’m deeply sorry my king…it was just a suggestion.

“Leave” said Manod so Raman will have another day.

“Attention” said the same guard who yelled at Rad and Kay earlier declaring that he was around and alerting Rad who was talking to himself.

“You, big guy” said the guard in strict strong tone.

Rad stared at the guard: what do you want?

“You will know when you come with me” said the guard firmly.

The guard took out from his pocket two metal pieces that was small as a ring then he pressed on buttons placed on the both of them so they became larger, large enough to be a handcuffs for Rad.

The guard pressed some buttons on the control panel that was on the side of the cell so a space appeared in the energy wall so Rad can put his hands in that space so the guard can handcuff him and before the guard do so he said: remember, we have your mother.

Rad looked at him with anger before the guard handcuffed him. Then the guard pressed again on some buttons on the panel so the energy wall that prevented Rad from putting his hands on Kaydos totally disappeared.

Rad walked out from his cell with slow steps that made him even more prestigious. He started to walk before the guard that will lead him to the prison gate. All the eyes in the prison was on Rad who put most of them here in this place. With every step, Rad saw faces that he knows, faces so familiar to him. Some of them was just mocking him for being in the same place as them, some were just amazed at how life works, and some were his loyal men who felt sorry for him.

King Rad had enough time to think about a lot of possibilities on his way in that long corridor that witnessed the betrayal of his men.

“Didn’t the bastard who sent you mentioned anything about the reason of this?” Rad asked with deep angry tone.

“Behave yourself when you’re talking about Terra’s king” said the guard.

“What did Kaydos done to you? Did he used magic tricks on you? Are you even realizing what you are doing?”

“Yes, we know exactly what we are doing” said the guard with a sarcastic tone.

“So what’s wrong? You’ve been showing loyalty to me while having all this hate and against me in your hearts? I am your King, I am the one who never lied to you, you are my people” said Rad.

“Don’t try to be nice now”

Said the guard with a firm tone that he never have the courage to say it if Rad’s mother was free.

When Rad walked out of the corridor the guard left him and another man accompanied him.

“Burak?” said Rad as his eyes were wide open but Burak didn’t care about Rad’s amazement and pushed Rad lightly from his back remind him to walk.

“That’s rude, Burak” said Rad.

“Just like you, king” said Burak ironically.

Rad started to totally understand what Kaydos was doing behind the curtain and he realized that Kaydos was working in silence to make his soldiers before the generals to refuse his politics and hate his rule to paves the way for the betrayal. Ironically, Rad give him this chance.

“Mother, I’m sorry I didn’t listen to you…you were always right…I should’ve been nicer and wiser with everyone”
