“Alright, you mean the universe and everything within it…you created it?” said John after he heard a lecture from the prince of the universe about the world that he is ruling.

“No, this not right, I was born and the universe was already exists, and I inherited it from my father”

“Born? You were born? I mean like us?”

“Yes, we are like any other creature in the kingdom, we born, we married and we die, but we live much longer than you and any other thing in the universe”

“y-you get married?”

“Yes, we do get married…just like the humans do, imagine this universe as a kingdom, this kingdom have a royal family rules over this kingdom, which in this case what you call ‘the universe’” said the prince of the universe with a deep voice made John wonder if he ever met Chris Hemsworth before.

John was amazed at what he just heard: second chance? What do you mean?

The prince of the universe stopped walking so john stopped walking too, then he putted his hand on John’s shoulder: I will give you a power.

“A power?”

“Yes, a power just like that of the king who is conquering your planet, a power even greater than him, but you will have to use your head to unlock it, but remember…power is responsibility”

John began to open his eyes.

“Where am I?” said John to himself as he was looking around him, realizing that this place is not the base4.

“We made it? We made it to base19?”Said John as he was touching the place where he got injured and he found that they took care of it.

John began recalling what he just saw when he was passed out. “Was it real or it was just my imagination? It’s like I really met him and talked to him” said John to himself doubting that vision before he settled the matter: he said that he will give me power and nothing had happened…it will be foulness out of me if I thought about it as a reality.

John’s voice, as he was talking to himself, caught a doctor attention as he accidently was walking by.

“Welcome back, buddy…you smashed the world record” said the doctor but John didn’t get what the doctor meant by that.

“Where am I, now?”

“You’re in the base19 and all of the base4 are here too” said the doctor as he was checking the records.

“I can’t believe it…we did it…finally” said John with a weak tone before he raised his voice a little bit to make himself hearable to the doctor: are they…alright? My friends.

“Yes, all the people of base4 are here” said the doctor as he stopped turning the pages, putting his finger on a certain line. “It’s a miracle son” said the doctor who was an old man in his 50’s.

“What do you mean?”

You said from two days to a week…” said John before the doctor interrupted him: two days if the wound was result of a bullet and every case goes that way” the doctor was checking the data again: your injury was fatal…even some of your vital organs were damaged, I gave you a tranquilizer that must kept you sleeping, and despite of all that y-you’re just talking to me after one day.

The doctor’s mind was about to explode, what happened to John was like writing the rules of medicine from the scratch.

“Damn” said John as he just realized something. “So…what I just saw…was real?” said John and the doctor was looking at him in amazement before he said to John: what happened to you…is just a miracle.

The doctor’s voice was low and very serious. “Anyway, welcome back” said the doctor then he was about to go but John called him: would you call a man called ‘Franklin’ if you may.

The doctor nodded then he left.

“John” Kate said with a worried tone that snatched John from the sea of thoughts. “You alright” she said and Franklin felt love in her tone. “Yes…I guess” said John with a confused tone. “It’s good to have you back, my friend” Franklin said as he was trying to hide his sadness.

“The doctor said that it was a miracle” John said as he was looking for Deon.

“Is Deon alright?” John said but he didn’t get any answers.

John took a deep breath as he get what happened to Deon.

“I’m the one to blame…It’s my mistake” said John with a gloomy tone blaming himself.

“But this journey saved us…nothing comes without sacrifice” Franklin said.

“Right” John said as he remembered the words that the prince said to him.
