True to what Lilac told him, luna Jasmine was not the only person, who received the punishment. No, actually, she didn’t get much negative attention, because it was Aria, who had taken the brunt for what had transpired last night 

Aria admitted that she was the one, who put the drug inside Lilac’s drink and luna Jasmine was actually innocent, since the only mistake she did was to let Aiden slept on the same bedroom like Lilac. 

Apparently, the story was twisted. Aiden was drunk last night because he was very happy to welcome his firstborn and his chosen mate would be the future luna of the pack. They were celebrating that, the reason why he was drunk in the first place and was not in his right mind when he saw Lilac on his bed.

“Is it possible if I see Aria before we left?” Lilac knew this was impossible, but then she had nothing to lose if she asked Hunter about it. 

Hunter narrowed his eyes. “Do you still want to see her? That so called friend of yours?” 

Yes Lilac bit her l*p, trying so hard to appear nonchalant. “I will go from this pack and will never return, at the very least, I want to know why she agreed to what luna Jasmine told her to do.”

A healer just came out from there to give her medicine and to keep her alive, but it would take months for her to be able to get back to her usual self. 

“I don’t believe it. I actually agreed to delay this.” Hunter was in disbelieve to his impulsiveness. He couldn’t stand the sight of Lilac was being very forlorn for not being able to get the closure she needed from her friend. 

“Thank you,” Lilac said, she touched his arm and that was all she needed to defeat him. 

“Make it fast. I want to get away from this pack as soon as possible,” Hunter said, annoyed, but more to himself rather than to Lilac. 

“Okay, I will,” Lilac said in light tone before she pushed opened the door and was greeted by the sight of Aria’s back. Her b*dy was wrapped tightly in white bandages, but right now the bandage was stained by her blood that seeped through the fabric, 

Lilac was not sure that she would get a proper conversation with Aria, but Hunter wouldn’t be so patient with her if she asked for another day to stay, thus she only could give her best shot. 

“Aria, are you awake?” Lilac knelt down next to her bed. This room was very small. Now, she had woken up inside a big room in the mansion that the lycan occupied, she could see how small this room was and how inappropriate this was as the future Juna’s bedroom, yet she was very thankful for luna Jasmine to give her a small place that she could call her own. 

How pitiful she was to be very happy when she didn’t receive what she deserved for such heavy title as the future luna of the pack. 

Now, she didn’t need to care about that anymore. 

Aria moved slightly, she opened her eyes and tears started to flow down from her eyes. “Li- Lilac… sorry…”
