When I had woken up in the morning, I knew where I was.

Tied to a freaking chair, again.

Anna and Daniel walked in, both having a big smirk on their face.

“I made you some tablets. I know your mom didn’t give you any pills, right?” She asked, putting pills on a table in front of me.

“My parents will come and find me, and then I’ll kill you”I mumbled

“How are you going to do that when you’re sick?” She asked

“Why are you doing this to me Anna? I haven’t even done anything to you!” I shouted and she scoffed

“Yeah, you haven’t done anything but Emily has. She took Alec away from me. And I’m going to take the only thing she can’t have again. You” she smirked then turned to Daniel

“Last night was fun right?”

He smirked.

“More fun than ever” she turned to me.

“You think this will hurt me? Really? Come on Anna, come up with something new” I shook my head at her.

She walked towards Daniel and grabbed him by the shoulders, while crashing her lips on his.

“I’m not here for porn” I mumbled as Daniel turned her around, pushing her on the wall, while she wrapped her legs around him.

“It’s not nice to do it infront of people” I mumbled as Daniel started dry-humping her.

Anna opened her eyes and stared at me.

“This isn’t going to work” I muttered and she pushed Daniel away.

“Because first, you just told me your plan, second, Tyler doesn’t love me, so he’ll be able to protect the pack, and finally, are only you two going to go?” I questioned

“First,” she mimicked me

“I’m not Tyler’s mate.” I muttered and she chuckled standing up

“I can make people think they have a different mate, then they really do” she whispered into my ear.

“Mia..” he whispered, laying his head in between my neck and shoulder, and planting a small kiss.

“Tyler, my mate” he froze

“She told you?” He mumbled not letting me go

“Yep. But why didn’t- Never mind” I mumbled feeling a pain in my chest.

I wrapped my arms around Tyler’s neck, and he pulled me closer.

“I love you Mia” he whispered into my ear.

That was the last thing I heard before I fell into darkness.

Tyler’s p.o.v

“I love you Mia” I whispered

I let her go and she collapsed to the floor.

“Shit Mia” I quickly picked her up bridal style, and ran out of the room.

Emily had told us where Anna was living because she had touched Anna, she could read her mind. And that was it, the whole pack wanted to help but Alec said only to bring 100 people with us.

I joined them as well because I couldn’t leave Mia alone, no fucking way.

I ran outside to see everyone dead, and Anna running towards me.

I put Mia safely on the floor and turned around to see Anna muttering a few words.

“inrita omnes virtutes eius” I mumbled in latin and put my hand out in front of me, towards Anna. A gold light went towards her, and straight towards her head.

The spell I used was really easy. It was the first spell my mom ever taught me.

“Asshole!” She shouted as Emily ran towards her, and froze her.

“Tyler take Mia home. Now. And go to my room, straight to my closet, you know what, find Nat and tell her injection for Mia. She’ll give it to you” she explained as I picked up Mia.

I just nodded and created a bubble around us. I closed my eyes thinking of the castle.

When I opened my eyes, we were standing in front of it.

Getting rid of the bubble, I ran inside quickly

“Nat!” I shouted looking at Mia’s lifeless body.

“Nat!” I shouted again and she ran down stairs but the stopped

“Injection?” She questioned looking at Mia and I nodded while she ran back upstairs.

I went to the living room and laid Mia on the sofa, just as Nat ran downstairs with a bag in her hand.

“Move” she mumbled pushing me away and sitting infront of Mia. She pulled an injection out of the bag quickly, and slowly put it in Mia’s arm.

“What’s wrong with her?” I asked confused sitting on the sofa and laying Mia’s head on my lap.

“She hasn’t been taking her pills, which reduce her pain. I’ll call Kayden, the pack doctor. This isn’t going to work for her” she stood up running out of the castle

“Pills?” I was so confused

“Tyler?” I heard Amber behind me.

“Leave me alone Amber” I mumbled holding Mia’s hand.

“Hasn’t she been taking them?” I heard a guy’s voice before a man and Nat ran towards us.

“What’s wrong? Can someone please tell me?” I asked confused as the kayden guy started getting things out of his bag.

Emily and Alec came inside with a frozen Anna. They took Anna to the kitchen.

“What’s wrong?” They both shouted running towards us.

“Mia, she collapsed” I mumbled confused as Emily started crying and Alec hugged her.

“I couldn’t do anything” Emily mumbled and Alec shook his head

“You tried your best Emil-”

“Stop! What are to guys talking about? And stop talking like that? Mia isn’t dying!” I shouted

“He doesn’t know?” Nat asked and Emily shook her head

“Don’t know what?” I asked confused

“Mia has cancer, and a hole in her heart. She only has a few months to live” Emily whispered and I shook my head holding Mia’s hand tighter.

“Don’t chat shit to me Emily. Okay! This isn’t funny! Mia, is just tired. You know she gets tir-” I froze

These are side affects of her health problems.

Emily ran to the kitchen with Alec behind her.

“But she’s a wolf, she’s going to heal” I mumbled looking up at Nat who didn’t look at me.

“Answer me Nat! She’s a wolf, she won’t die!” I shouted

“She’s had this problem before she was a wolf. When she was 17, that’s when she found out. Emily has been helping her with making pills for her, I-” I shook my head.

“Don’t!” I turned to Mia.

“Kayden, anything?” Nat asked and he shook his head standing up

“Nothing Nat. I don’t know what to do” he sighed and Nat nodded.

“You can go” she said

“No! Do something to help her!” I shouted at him and Nat told him to leave, which he did.

“I’m sorry Tyler, but-” Emily walked back inside and towards Mia.

“Emily” Alec was behind her

“Mia? Mia sweetie wake up” she touched Mia’s forehead, while closing her eyes.

“Please Mia” she whispered tears rolling down her face.

“It’s not working Alec” she opened her eyes, looking up at Alec.

“What are you doing?” I asked confused

“Trying to wake her up”

“I’ll try” I mumbled touching Mia’s forehead, and closing my eyes.

I thought of Mia, okay, smiling, looking at me. I opened my eyes and looked down at Mia, to see her not breathing.

“Hey! Mia! You can’t do this to me!” I shouted opening her eyes.

“Wake up!” I shouted as Emily fell to the floor crying.

“I said wake up! Mia!” I shouted rubbing her hand

I felt her finger move slightly and I smiled.

“I knew you wouldn’t leave me” I muttered while rubbing her hands.

After a couple of minutes she opened her eyes slowly.

“Am I alive?” She chocked out and I pulled her up, hugging her tightly.

“Mia” I whispered as she wrapped her arms around my neck, as I pulled her on my lap.

“I love you too Tyler” she whispered. I could feel the sparks, get strong and stronger.

“You love me?” I asked looking up at her

“Yes” she smiled her voice full of tiredness.

“Can you feel this?” She asked touching my cheek, as I felt the sparks.

“Nope?” I pretend to frown.

“No? Really? Maybe I’m not okay?” She mumbled looking at her hand, and standing up.

“Mia” she was influged into a hug by her parents.

“Mom? I think I’m still sick” she mumbled as they let her go.

“Why?” The both asked her

“Because my hand felt like it was exploding, and now it doesn’t” she muttered and I stood up.

I wrapped my hands around her waist, and pulled her back, so her back was against my chest.

“Do you feel it?” I whispered as everyone left the room.

“Yeah” she mumbled leaning back on me.

“These are sparks.” I whispered laying my chin, gently on her shoulder.

“But they’re so strong” she muttered confused.

“Because of us” I mumbled pulling her closer.

“They get stronger” she mumbled touching my arms.

“And they’ll get stronger” I said and she nodded staying quiet.

“I’ll make sure you get better Mia. You won’t go away from me” I mumbled into her ear and she shivered slightly

“Cold?” I smirked and she nodded

“Yeah” she lied and I chuckled, turning her around and she looked up at me.

“What’s so funny?” She asked confused.

“You’re the most beautiful girl I have ever seen” I smiled at her and she blushed a little.

“Well you haven’t seen a lot of girls then” she rolled her eyes

“I know. But you will always be beautiful Mia.”

“Thank you” she smiled

“Will you tell me?” I asked and she nodded, taking a deep breath.

“Let’s go” I held her hand as we walked upstairs to her room.

We both went inside and I walked her towards her bed. As she sat down, I pulled a chair towards her bed.

“Sit next to me Tyler” she patted the bed next to her.

“Are you sure?” I asked standing up and she nodded

“Hundred percent” she smiled and I laid down next to her.

She wrapped an arm around me and laid her head on my chest, as I pulled her closer.

“Will you still love me after I tell you everything about me?” She asked quietly

“I will always love you Mia. Nothing you say will change my mind about you” I said and she smiled slightly at me.

“Ever since I was a young girl, I was always bullied, because I was a human and I went to a werewolf school. My parents wanted to send me to a humans school but I didn’t want to leave Summer, because she was my only friend, even though she had a lot of friends. But I knew it was hard to make friends . When I turned 12, a lot of the guys would laugh at me, saying I wasn’t pretty. Everyone knows that supernaturals look hundred times better than a human. And that’s how I was. Everytime I would go to school, they would pull my hair, or throw ink- filled balloons on me, saying that I couldn’t ever be accepted into their school-” I growled lowly and she giggled

“A little protective?” She smiled at me and I pulled her closer.

“A lot” I mumbled and she smiled kissing my cheek.

“I like it”

“Good” she put her hand on my chest, and started drawing patterns.

“I tried my best to ignore them, or fight back as much as I could. But I was only once person against 50 or so, well two including Summer. She lost a lot of friends because of me. So I got fed up. I didn’t tell my parents what happened. When they asked, what the bruises were,or what the ink on top was from, I would either say I had a fight, or it was a game. But one day, it got really bad. There was this guy that I like-” I grabbed her hand tightly and kissed it.

“I was only 12, and I thought he must like me too, because he would always tell them to stop. So one day, he told me to meet him after school, in an ice cream shop close to our school, and I agreed. When I went there, he was surrounded by all the people that bullied me. They bought me outside and I fought as many as I could, but I couldn’t fight all of them at once. I was left in the mud alone. The guy that I liked had lied. It was just a way from all of them to hate me. I went home, straight to my room and too the bathroom. I-I-” she stopped

“Yo-”

“I want too” she whispered as I saw tears run down her face.

I turned around in bed, so I was looking at her. I wiped her face and kissed her cheek.

“Take your time” I mumbled and she nodded

“I love you Tyler. A lot” she blurted out and I smirked

“And I love you too” she blushed and laid closer to me.

“I went inside my bathroom, and picked up a pair of scissors. I cut my hand, next to my vain, and I just stared at it. My parents weren’t there because they had gone to see my grandparents. I don’t remember anything else that happened, but I had woken up in a hospital and mom crying. I knew what I had done was very stupid of me, but I was only 12. A 12 years old getting bullied, so I was sick of all the bullying. I thought that was the only thing to help me get rid of it” she mumbled and I nodded

“I understand Mia. You were only 12” I whispered pulling her closer.

“I asked mom, what happened. She said that she felt me getting hurt and she was worried. So they both came back to see me, dead. Mom had used her powers to make me alive. My mom has a power of drawing, so whatever she draws, happens. And she drew me alive, happy. And that’s what happened. If it wasn’t because of mom, I wouldn’t be here” she mumbled

“Well I should thank Emily then, because if you weren’t here, then I would have know one to love” I mumbled kissing her forehead, and wrapping my arm around her waist, while pulling her closer.

“How much more are you going to pull me closer Tyler?” She laughed and I pulled her even closer, so our chests were touching and our lips were only a few inches away.

“As close as I can” I whispered

“Eating watermelon chewing gum again?” She smirked

“Well I heard someone loves it so...” she pulled me down and kissed me on the lips

“I want to tell you everything today” she mumbled and I nodded, staying quiet.

“I found out I had a hole in my heart, when I was 17. And when I turned 18, I found out I had terminal cancer. After we found out, my parents tried to make things easy for me. They tried to help me with pain, by giving me injections to reduce it. I did a lot of operations but nothing. Nothing happened. I gave up on it all, because I know I did everything I could. ” She looked up at me.

“That’s it really” she shrugged turning around and looking up at the ceiling.

“When I was 16, I killed my parents.” She held my hand tightly as I stopped.

“Me and Daniel were fighting, because he said I was flirting with his girlfriend. I wasn’t flirting with her Mia, I promis-”

“I believe you Tyler.” She turned her head and looked at me.

“His girlfriend was ill, and I just wanted to ask how she was. My mom always said that if someone you know is ill, you should at least ask them.

So I asked her. And she told Daniel, saying I flirted with her. Daniel came home, and upstairs in my room.

We had an argument, because he wouldn’t beileve me, when he grabbed a vase and broke it on his head. He started ripping his clothes, scratching himself, I thought he had gone crazy. But that’s when I realised why he was doing it. It was because our parents had come home. When they came upstairs Daniel, pretended to cry. Daniel was always dad’s favourite, and he didn’t like the fact that mom liked me.-” she wiped my face.

“Don’t cry Tyler. Please” she whispered

“I’m crying?- I miss my mom a lot” I whispered wiping my eyes quickly.

“I know she was a lovely women, if she bought you up. You’re a real gentleman Tyler” I smirked

“Thanks babe” I winked

“Don’t call me babe” she frowned and I nodded and decided to continue.

“When my parents came to my room, Daniel lied saying I hurt him, because I was jealous. Dad attacked me, changing into his wolf, because Daniel was his favourite and Daniel had blood running down his forehead. It did look like I had hurt him. I tried to get dad off me but I couldn’t. Mom used her powers to get dad off me, but dad was so angry that he lashed out on mom, and killed her. My wolf, Hunter got angry and attacked dad. I knew what was happening because it was me. I just tell people that it was Hunter because Hunter wants me to tell them. But I want to tell you Mia, that it was me. I killed my dad” I mumbled

“But it wasn’t your fault. You were angry. You were angry at Daniel,at your sad for killing your mom.” She replied

“I tell myself that everything I look in the mirror Mia, but I don’t beileve myself. But you- now that you told me, I know it’s true. It’s true right?” I questioned and she nodded.

“Hundred percent. I know you wouldn’t hurt someone for no reason.” She smiled

“So you won’t leave me?” I whispered and she rolled her eyes

“I Am still here, laying so close to you that I can feel your body heat. Do you think I would leave you?” She smirked and I shook my head staying quiet.

“Tell me about Amber” she asked quietly

“Amber?” She nodded

“Amber is a friend. She’s from our pack, but she left when she was 20. She went England for a year and she’s back now. I never remember saying that I would marry her Mia. I never did. I asked her and she said I was drunk and that’s when I said it. I’m going to talk to her now, and ask her what’s her idea. What she wants, because I know Amber wouldn’t leave just like this.” She nodded

“You should talk to her. Ask her why she said it. I don’t know why, I have a bad feeling about her. I don’t really like her, and I don’t know why” she mumbled and I smirked

“Because you love me”

“Oh. But I don’t get jealous” she turned around, facing the window.

“Mia...” I turned her around and I hoovered over her.

“Wha-” I covered her mouth with my hand.

“Shush. There is no need to get jealous. I love you, you love me, it’s perfect” I smiled and she rolled her eyes and removed her hand.

“Do you like to cover my mouth or something?” She asked

“Yep!” I moved way from her, and stood up.

“You going now?”

“The sooner the better. I’ll be back, and then we can cuddle as much as you want” I smirked and she blushed

“It’s you who likes to cuddle, not me” she groaned

“I admit, I do like to cuddle. With you. I love you Mia” I smiled looking at her.

She’s so beautiful

“Will you mark me Tyler?” She blurted out as I pulled my shirt down.

“Do you want me to?”

“Yes. But tomorrow”

“Tomorrow” I smiled walking towards her. I kissed her forehead and walked towards the door.

“I love you too Tyler” she whispered as I walked out of the room.
