Chapter 14

Alexia's POV

"Please don't leave...Don't leave me,I need you..." He almost whimpered.

"What did you just say?"

A moment of silence fell upon us.

"I'm begging you not to leave me..."

"Why?" My voice barely audible.

"Because I love you..."

"No you don't...All you need me for is for the sake of the pack and to bear an heir for you...Just take another she-wolf, there are much stronger and smarter ones here..."

"No, I only want you." He stubbornly stated before hugging me closely not letting me go for a while till he rested his body on the mattress with me on top of him. I slept in his warm hug with untamed feelings running everywhere...

I woke up feeling my neck aching from pain.

Landon's side of the bed was cold...I wonder what time is it..After realising that I was all alone, I started wondering and thinking about what he said yesterday.

Is this really the truth or will it turn out like last time...? Can I really trust him? What if he was just using me like I had always been?...

Enough of these thoughts now. I'll just look for a new set of clothes and go eat, I'm starving and nothing's better than food to ease your mind.

Now...where are my clothes again?

Looking in the enormous walk in closet, I found a whole giant stack of black hoodies only which belonged to Landon alone...

He really does love black...

After rummaging through my new clothes I bought with Amanda and Emma, I finally changed into a black skinny jeans, a white hoodie and a pair of black combat boots. I finally let my hair down, letting it flow freely.

Now time for breakfast.

Luckily, the bedroom door wasn't locked.

"Looks like he finally trusts me enough to leave the door unlocked."

"See, I told you he isn't that bad! Will you now be nicer to him?" Cara excitingly said.

"Or he's jerking off with someone and forgot to lock it."

"Don't say that, he's a loyal mate!"

"Dude jeez I'm kidding chill out will ya?"

"How can I chill out when you're saying that about him? You don't know him..."

"Well you don't know him either, and I was just joking...I'll give him a chance..."

"You're kidding...right?"

"Okay I shouldn't have told you that."

"Waitttt! You're not joking like really not joking?!"

I simply blocked her before she started ranting and started following his scent.

After walking through a couple of hallways, I found him but he wasn't alone...

A busty clearly dyed pink-headed she-wolf was with him. Not a pleasant sight at all...

"Oh come on Landon" she purred at him...What is she a cat? (A/N: no offence cat lovers, she's just a wolf which should hate cats as their natural enemies...I think?"

"We all know you want me, you hate rogues and clearly she's weak and pathetic probably doesn't even know how to do anything. While me on the other hand, I can give you anything you want babe." Her hands roaming his chest instead of my hands...Did I just say instead of my hands? Funny thing, I haven't known him for more than a week and I'm already possessive of him...The mate bond surely does work quickly.

Landon not saying anything just staring at her.

"It's nothing to be ashamed of." Her hand on his belt now. I slapped my hands on my mouth to prevent a whimper from getting out, unshed tears stinging my eyes.

"I know you want me more than her." She said before kissing him, that was all it took her to make me hurt and Cara angry. She started clawing at my chest and trying to take control to make go and teach her a lesson.

I couldn't stay and watch so I just left to look for food...

As I was walking around failing to find the kitchen, I bumped into Emma.

"Were you lost?" she smirked then burst out laughing when my cheeks became reddened.

"Come on my dear friend, we need to feed ya before you start getting any thinner if that was possible." She put her arm around my shoulder and started dragging me towards the kitchen where the food was waiting for us.

"Don't throw the flour on me!" Noah squealed like a girl as Emma and I started having a food fight in the kitchen when he was peacefully eating strawberries.

Let's just say that I didn't tell Emma about the pink-headed and she figured that something was off about me. And since I was so stubborn and didn't say anything, Emma threw some chocolate syrup on me which in return I threw flour on her but instead, it landed on Noah who was hiding from Amanda.

Since I was facing them and the food's smell enveloped the whole room, I didn't realise that this was Landon.

"What in the world are the three of you doing? This place's a total mess!"

"Hi Landon!" Emma gave him a cheeky grin.

Landon looked at the now messy room then glared at us.

"You guys look like a mess! Did world war three begin here?" Mary suddenly entered.

Well this is embarrassing...

"Hi Mary..." this time both Noah and I both said simultaneously.

"Don't worry we will clean the place now!" We continued together again.

Landon's face got its colour drained when we did so.

"NOAH WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY MATE!"

"Nothing!" Noah hid behind me, using me as a shield from his brother.

With his long strides, Landon had his arm around my waist tugging me behind him away from Noah.

"I don't want my mate near you. You're a catastrophe Noah."

"I'm the designer of my own catastrophe." He grinned at me to which I grinned back.

Landon muttered a string of "if you weren't my brother I would've liked you a long time ago" while dragging me to goddess knows where.

Scolding and snickering were heard till we were far enough that I couldn't pick them.

"Where are we going?" I questioned him as he didn't mutter a single word since we were in the kitchen.

"To get you cleaned up clearly." He angrily said.

"Why are you so angry? It was just a food fight..."

"Well clearly you don't realise how close you got with my brother..."

"What's wrong with Noah? He's your brother plus he's much younger than me."

"He's almost 13 for god's sake, he's not a kid and you're not fully mated. Don't go near other males."

"You can't just go around and demand unreasonable stuff! He's 13, he's so young!"

"I don't give a damn if he's young or not, you are not to go near him!"

His unreasonable statement amused me; he can't just go around cheating on me and demand my full obedience.

"Well I don't give a flying fuck about your demands alpha. I'm not about to tuck my tails between my legs for you when you are just making a fool of me." I stated, getting a few feet away from him.

"For fuck's sake Alexia! Why don't you ever listen to me?!"

At that moment, while we were standing in front of a room, A figure which turned out to be Amanda, opened the door and stood awkwardly in front of us.

"What's going on here?"

"Nothing." Landon growled at the same moment, I said the same thing.

"Well...clearly, there is..." her eyes flickering between the two of us.

"Whatever's happening, you guys just sit together and everything will get solved...By the way, did you see Noah?"

"In the damn kitchen!" Landon snarled at her, grabbing my wrist and dragging me behind him.

"Landon calm down alright? Remember what I told you!"

She yelled from a distance.

He grumbled under his breath probably curses although his hold relaxed a bit, not bruising my hand but tight enough to still drag me behind him.

He kept walking till we arrived at a door that I now can recognise as our room.

As soon as he closed the door, he hugged me tightly.

"What are you doing Landon" I huffed in frustration.

One minute his fuming with anger and the other he's a child...Is he a bipolar?

"Hugging you obviously."

"That's patent. I mean why."

"To relax."

"You mean to calm your wolf?"

"No, so I myself relax."

Certainly bipolar

At his assertion, I hugged him back equally tight which he immediately relaxed in.

"Don't do that...please." he muttered.

"Do what?"

"Going near other males...I barely held my wolf down from snapping my brother's neck."

Suddenly remembering this morning incident, I let go of him and took a few steps away from him.

"This is ridiculous! He's your brother that's one and two I'm your mate, he'll surely take me as his friend if not a sister and three why shouldn't I talk to males when you are jerking off with some-"

"Hey hey hey! I don't jerk off with someone, who told you that?"

"Yes you do! I saw you with my own eyes this morning with the pink-headed bitch who insulted me and you were just watching her like nothing was happening!"

"I didn't jerk with her! I swear I pushed her away and swore that I'd banish her if she does anything like that ever again!" He raised his hands in surrender when I narrowed my eyes at him.

"I swear on my life, I never laid with her hell I never even had a tiny bit of attraction to her! Who likes pink hair anyway? She looks like a punk."

When a still didn't reply he sighted and continued.

"This morning, when I finished some of the alpha stuff that needed to be urgently checked, I was going back to our room and happened to bump into her well it was more likely that she was coming to see me and try to hook up with me like she did with any other member of our pack. She was bitchy-mouthing you and I didn't reply at first because I wouldn't have verbally replied. I would've killed her...I was trying to calm my wolf and take full control but I couldn't when she tried to kiss me, Jack took control. He fractured her hand and threatened to banish her if not kill her if she tried something like that again."

His eyes full of sincerity. Everything he said made sense too. If I was blind and didn't believe what he said , then I'd still give him another like I promised Emma.

"Alright I believe you..." I huffed as he smiled like an idiot.

"But! If I see that bitch hitting on you again, then I won't promise you that she's be safe and sound." I growled threateningly to which he grinned at and nodded in acceptance.

That's stupid grin...

How I just love it...What am I saying!

"Alrighty we're okay then?"

"Yes were okay Landon."

"Are you sure we're re-"

"Stop fucking asking will you? I just said we are fine!"

"Alright alright. Now...Such dirty words coming out of your pretty little mouth...."

I gulped. Well that's gonna hit me hard...

"You know what? I'm very dirty right now, I'm gonna take a shower and get freshened up."

I quickly said as I started backing towards the bathroom door whilst he advanced towards me with a wicked grin to which Im worried of.

It didn't take him a second to catch me when I turned to make a run for your life to the shower.

"Now now now, what did we say again?" He said as he licked my cheek.

"EWW! God Landon what are you doing this is so disgusting!"

"You had a chocolate syrup on your cheek. It's one of my favourite flavours." He gave me a cheeky smirk as he trapped me between the door and his body...

Jeez guys how were you able to continue reading when you read the first three chapters, they were terrible! I cringed alottt XD

Anyways I edited them + a bit of the other chapters and hopefully they are much better now so you can reread them again without getting much of the creeps or something hehe~

I'm proud of myself for writing this chapter quickly while editing the others~
