Jonah recovered from his shock and got up from his seat. "Dad, what are you doing here?"

He shot a worried look at the stage, where Alyssa was.

"What? Why can't I be here? Hey, you never even let me know you were coming. We would've made such the entrance earlier," Winston scowled, then shot Newton a hearty smile. "Long time no see, old man. "My goodness, what an honor to have you here!" Newton hurriedly stood up to shake hands with Winston.

Javier and the rest of Newton's family hurriedly stood up to greet Winston.

Jasper, on the other hand, had narrowed his eyes. He didn't recall seeing Winston and Jonah Taylor's names on the guest list earlier tonight.

It didn't seem like Newton had known they were coming over either.
