Inside the car, Ethan took her hand, playfully squeezing it.
He’d missed her terribly these past few days.
Madison raised an eyebrow, “I saw you two chatting away. Why interrupt a good conversation?”
Wrapping an arm around her waist, Ethan’s voice dripped with seduction, “Didn’t you notice?”
“Notice what?”
Ethan frowned, “So many people trying to seduce your boyfriend, and you…”
Madison’s gaze held steady.
After a moment, his voice deepened, “How come you never try to
seduce me?”
Her eyes sparkled with innocence, “Do I need to?”
As if she didn’t already have him wrapped around her finger every night.
