Roisin was sat in her office, in Aquala University, the room had been cleaned and redecorated to feel welcoming. In the corner of the room, Ruby was looking at her phone, watching videos. A knock on the door caught both of their attention.

Dex walked in and threw Ruby a treat, which she caught.

"We got a report from the field, we finally found Lotte's Crystalla successor" Dex smiled. Roisin let out a small cheer.

"Finally" She grinned.

"It's a young girl in Inchaya, Michiko Aoba" Dex smiled. "We have sent her parents an invitation to the University" He explained.

"Make sure to let them know, it is a completely optional invite" Roisin nodded.

"Of course" Dex nodded. "Also... I have more news" He said, hesitantly.

"What is it?" Roisin asked, as she sat forward and raised an eyebrow.

"Elyss has relinquished her power as a Crystalla also" Dex began. "For the same reason as Lotte did, it's understandable" He shrugged.

"I agree, though, it will mean we'll have to try and discover who gained her power" Roisin nodded.

"Hopefully it doesn't take as long as it did to find Michiko" Ruby smiled.

"Agreed" Roisin smiled.

"Finally!" Dex proclaimed, surprising both Roisin and Ruby. "I booked us a table at the seafront restaurant" Dex grinned.

"Oh nice!" Roisin smiled.

"For tonight of course, at 9pm" Dex added, before looking at Ruby. "It's for all three of us too, they said they'll make Ruby's favourite dish" Dex winked.

"Yay!" Ruby cheered as she flew a loop in the air. Both Roisin and Dex giggled at Ruby.

"Oh, before I forget, Ariel and Ashe will be visiting next month, they just called through at the reception to let us know" Dex explained. "So we'll finally get to meet Baby Amy!" He smiled. Ruby flew over and landed on Roisin's desk.

"Are you kidding?" Roisin grinned. "She'll love you! Apparently she's always laughing at the pictures you send them" She continued.

"I can't wait to meet her" Ruby smiled.

"Neither can we, will be nice to reunite with Ariel and Ashe again too, been a while since we saw them both" Dex nodded.

"It is a little sad, to think we don't see each other as often anymore" Roisin frowned.

"It's only natural though, we're getting older, in peacetime. We used to see them every single day back then, but now we can all focus on our own things, and our own lives. We'll always be close" Dex nodded.

"You're right" Rosin smiled slightly. "I do sometimes miss being on the road, seeing a new place every day" She nodded.

"But along with all that, was the loss, and the heartache. The long tiring days too..." Dex shrugged. "I prefer a nice warm bed, in our own home" He chuckled.

"When you put it like that, true" Roisin agreed as she stretched, before standing up. "It's nearly finishing time, let's head home early" She nodded.

"Sounds like a plan" Ruby smiled. The three of them left the office behind as they headed home.
