With trembling hands, Francesca switched to a new phone and couldn’t wait to return Braxton’s call.
“What did you mean when you said Lukas and Luna are missing? Weren’t you watching them? How could they disappear? What do you mean by missing?” Francesca threw a series of questions at Braxton, leaving him at a loss for where to begin explaining.
