Adam went downstairs and reported, “Mr. Levine, Ms. Yeager didn’t come back here.”
Ragnar frowned.
He ordered, “Go and find out where she is.”

Adam asked someone to investigate the surveillance video of that night and found that Josephine was picked up by Liliana. Then, he checked Liliana’s files and found her rental home.
He went upstairs and knocked on the door.
Adam said respectfully, “Ms. Yeager, the twins were crying badly at home. Mr. Levine wants you to return and take care of them.”
Josephine refused.
She told Adam, “I’m not the Levine family’s nanny anymore! I have no obligation to take care of the twins for the Levine family.”

Ragnar was furious. “You… Humph!” He snorted coldly and left.
Josephine smiled.
Her mood became much better all of a sudden.
She became more brazen and shouted after Ragnar’s back, “Mr. Levine, I remember you told me to never show up in front of you again. So, please amend the license as soon as possible!”
Ragnar was so angry that he paused for a moment.
Then, he walked away furiously.
The next day, Ragnar appeared in front of Josephine again. “The children are sick! They have a bad fever and are crying all the time. Come with me!”
Josephine frowned.
Part of the reason she became a nanny was that she liked children.
Danny and Manny liked Josephine very much, and Josephine also liked them. They developed a close relationship after she took care of them for so long.
Whatever happened between her and Ragnar, no matter annoyed she was, it had nothing to do with the children. She couldn’t let the children be sad
because of her.
Hence, Josephine agreed, saying, “I can go and have a look.”
She followed Ragnar to the Levine mansion.
