Space... the great unknown. Advancement pushed humanity into the stars only to finally find that they were not alone. And that they were not welcome among the stars humans had always reached for. Fighting a war for their very survival, humans met friend and foe alike and pushed their scientific advancements to their limits and won their place among the stars. Following such testing times, colonies spread far and wide and governed themselves as each believed they ought to, but those old enemies, such that they nearly wiped out humans and their new allies, could hardly be destroyed forever...
