Noah looked at the application in front of him, a frown etched on his face. He flipped through the thick stack and questioned Glynn, “Is this just an application for approval of your night stay?”
“That’s right,” Glynn nodded with a serious expression. She was glad that all the years of lying to her parents had trained her well. Now she could lie through her teeth without being caught. She looked at Noah solemnly and said, “You already know this brother, the college where I study is only for the children of rich and influential families. This is something that you should expect in case more than three hundred kids with different backgrounds stay in the college.”
Though what Glynn said made sense, Noan. still read through the pages carefully. All of his attention was on the application pages in front of him, he was taught to not sign any document without carefully reading it. Even if they were handed to him by his loved ones, this was a teaching that his grandfather gave him when he was only twelve.

before signing, she felt her heartbeat skip a few times. She thought that with her being Noah’s sister, he would sign the documents with an eye closed, but reality gave her a check. Even though the two of them blood related, Noah did not trust her!
‘If this continues, then he will find out that I clipped in divorce papers along with the application Glynn thought worriedly. Though she had clipped those papers at the end of the application that only consisted of three pages, the rest included the divorce papers that Ari gave Noah.
With each page that was turned by Noah, Clynn’s heartbeat continued to rise and just as he v as about to turn the page, where the divorce agreement started.

Glynn did not hear what Brandon said from the other side of the phone, but Noah’s expression turned bad as he snapped, “What do you mean that Mister Jones refused to sign the contract? Did we not discuss the

terms and conditions already?”
Another pause and then —
“Damn that sly fox!” Noah cursed as he banged his fist on the table’s surface. “Wait for me, I am coming to the company. We will discuss this matter thoroughly, he cannot bully us just because he has more experience
than us combined.”
As he spoke, Noah pushed himself off the chair on which he was sitting before putting down the receiver. He was about to leave the study when he was stopped by Glynn,
“Brother, you should sign my application first.”
She pointed to the stack of papers with a sweet smile on her face, as if she weren’t hiding evil int tions behind her smile. “I am not trying to blame you, brother, but you are really busy these days. I would have asked Mother, but you know that she is in a terrible mood and Daddy is on a business trip. I only have you to take care of these matters for me.” As Glynn finished speaking, her expression turned aggrieved.

“Is this application critical?” Noah said he was rushing to deal with the mess that took place at the company, but he would rather not sign something without
reading it properly.
Glynn also knew that this was her chance. She immediately said to him, “I know that you re busy, brother, but I need to submit this application by tomorrow morning. I have been trying to talk to you about this for a while, but you are too busy looking for
that woman.”
When Noah heard Glynn’s words, he was overwhelmed with guilt as he knew that he had indeed ignored Glynn and Ariel for the past few days as he was busy looking for Ariana.
“Fine, give it here,” Noah said with a sigh as he
motioned Glynn to hand over the documents. He did

A smile etched on Glynn’s lips as she handed the documents to Noah, who signed the papers one after another before handing the stack to Glynn.
“Thank you, brother!” Glynn smiled at Noah with a happy expression. She looked at the stack of papers in her hands and a sharp glint flashed in her eyes. She did not expect that luck would be on her side, if Brandon had called her brother even a second later, she was sure that Noah would have caught her!
Now of all, she needed to make sure that the se documents were finalized and stamped.
Noah, who had no idea what kind of plans, vere cooking in Glynn’s head, thought that his sister was being too polite to him. He raised his hand and then patted her on the head. He said to Glynn, “There is no need for you to thank your brother. I will always be on your side, Glynn.”
