Keery gritted his teeth and shouted those three words, lingering in place for a while before leaving. Twenty minutes later, she returned to her temporary hotel. Upon entering the door, the masked individual inquired casually, "You back?"

Keery appeared to have accepted the other party's presence, showing no surprise or fear on her face. She replied, "Yeah."" The masked man seemed quite content with her reaction. It seemed that the previous hypnosis had been highly successful. His voice was hoarse, carrying a cold metallic tone as he asked, "Did you witness the joyful state of Jason's family?"

Keery's eyes were filled with sorrow, and she said, "I saw it... I even heard that they got engaged."

The masked man spoke slowly, "So, what's your plan now?"

Keery appeared dazed and asked, "What should I... do?"

At this moment, the masked man's voice took on a hint of magic as he whispered, "Come here, and I'll tell you!"

Upon hearing this, Keery seemed to receive some instructions and slowly walked forward to sit in front of the masked man.

The masked man gazed at her and said, "Now, look into my eyes and listen carefully... Keery, You needed a helper to (100% assist you in getting Jason, and that person was Mrs. Jenny Bates, the Hills' lady!

Arrange a meeting with her tomorrow. With her assistance... your plan will proceed smoothly!"

Keery had lost the ability to think. She simply followed the other party's words and responded, "Well, I'll contact Bates!" Observing this, the masked man was highly satisfied and implanted numerous instructions into Keery's mind. After Keery had fully absorbed them, he left silently.

The following morning, Aletta and Jason had breakfast, took the children to school, and prepared to head to the airport. The four little ones knew only that their mommy was going abroad for work, so they bid her farewell at the kindergarten gate.

"Come back soon after work!"

"We'll be waiting for mommy to return!"

"Remember to eat on time and rest!"

"Don't neglect your own well-being like last time..."

The warm words warmed Aletta's heart. She couldn't reveal to them that she was going for treatment, so she could only nod and respond, "Mommy knows, she'll take good care of herself and return home early because she has her babies waiting at home!"

Jason also added, "Behave well at home!"

The four little ones obediently nodded, saying, "We'll be good!"

After seeing the children off to kindergarten, Aletta and Jason headed to the airport.

Meanwhile, at the Hills mansion, Bates had just finished breakfast when she received a message from an unfamiliar number on her phone. The message was brief and straightforward, [Meet me at DREAM Cafe at nine o'clock in the morning. I have something important to discuss with you regarding Jason and your grandchildren and granddaughters.]

Bates was initially perplexed, but when she heard the name "Jason," it became clear that it was about her son. She hesitated for a moment but eventually decided to go out. She didn't mention this to anyone, including Jay!

Last night, she came home from the restaurant feeling unhappy.

As soon as she entered the door, she couldn't help but vent her anger at Jay, saying, "None of you respect me! Even Edward from the Aletta Family dares to question me! Getting married is such a significant event, and I'm just an outsider, so why did you take me to dinner?"

Upon hearing her complaints, Jay couldn't be bothered and simply turned his head, spending the night in another guesthouse, leaving Bates alone.

Now, Bates was on her way to the appointment, her heart filled with grievances and anger, and naturally, she wouldn't say a word to Jay!

When she arrived at the cafe, there was no one inside.

However, as soon as Bates entered, a waiter approached her and asked, "Are you Bates?"

Bates nodded, and the waiter gestured, saying, "Please follow me." He led her to a private booth.

As soon as Bates entered the room, she caught a faint, sandalwood-like scent. It wasn't overpowering, instead, it smelled quite pleasant.

She didn't pay it much attention, but when she glanced around the booth, she noticed it was empty. Furrowing her brow, she couldn't help but ask, "Has no one arrived yet?"

"Well, you see, the person who invited you already informed us and asked you to wait for a little while longer. They'll be here soon," the polite waiter explained.

Bates felt dissatisfied with the waiter's polite words. Being late for an appointment indicated a lack of respect for others' time. Nevertheless, thinking of her son, she entered the booth with a stern face.

After waiting for about ten minutes, Bates suddenly sensed that something was amiss. Why was she feeling a bit lightheaded? As suspicion arose, the door swung open, and Keery entered.

Bates was taken aback. She didn't know Keery, and with a perplexed expression, she immediately asked, "Did you invite me? Who are you?"

Keery's gunshot wound hadn't fully healed, and her face still bore a slight pallor.

She approached Bates, took a seat, and said, "Bates, you don't need to worry about who I am. Just know that I'm here to help you."

Bates felt puzzled, and the words seemed to be going over her head. She asked, "Help me? Help me with what?"

"Naturally, to help you, and the Hills, see the truth..." Keery. smiled and continued, "I've heard that you, the Hills, are planning to marry Aletta. So, do you know the real identity of Aletta? Do you know how many children she has and whose offspring they are?"

Bates listened as the other party accurately disclosed this information, causing her to furrow her brow. Evidently, the Hills had investigated it. She became cautious and asked, "What do you mean by that?"

Keery didn't reply immediately but took out a list from her bag and handed it to Bates. "Take a look at this."

Bates took the list, glanced at it, and immediately noticed the title at the top, "DNA Test Report."

It listed the names and blood types of the four children and Jason. The bottom section indicated that the paternity results for all of them were 0. The hospital's red seal was also present at the bottom.

Keery spoke at the opportune moment, "So, the children weren't actually born to Jason, Bates. You were deceived."

Upon reading the report, Bates furrowed her brow, and her anger surged within.

She raised her hand and promptly tossed the appraisal report, then spoke in a deep voice, questioning, "Why did you, as a woman, come here with alarmist claims? I know deep down in my heart that the child is my son!"

Back then, when the two children were left at our doorstep, we conducted a paternity test, and it had long confirmed that they were Jason's. We've raised them for so many years based on that! Now, you're telling me that the child isn't Jason's? It's preposterous!

Keery didn't anticipate such a violent reaction from the other party. It seemed that even though Mrs. Hills was dissatisfied with Aletta, she still cared for and acknowledged her grandchildren.

Pondering this, Keery's eyes narrowed slightly, and she said, "It seems... it's up to you to take action after all!"
