“Kiley, what’s wrong with you? Why do you look so awful?”
Kiley forced out a smile, “I’m fine, just been working a lot recently, a bit tired.”
With a look of concern, Ruby said, “Work is never–ending, your health is the most important thing. Don’t wear yourself out.”
Kiley nodded, her tone somewhat perfunctory, “Hmm, I’m going back first.”
“Good.”
After Kiley left, Ruby slowly walked into the bathroom. After touching up her makeup, she slowly raised a smile in the mirror.
Whether it was Kiley or Briana, they were just stepping stones in her life.
A few minutes later, Ruby returned to the venue. After sitting down next to Valerie, a faint smile curled up at the corner of her mouth.
Everyone around was praising Valerie.

Everyone was initially stunned, then someone with sharp eyes recognized that the video featured a man and a woman, and the woman was unmistakably Kiley.
The two seemed to be in a private room, with Kiley discussing business with the man. However, the man kept taking every

The moment she saw that video, Kiley’s face turned deathly pale, and she stood frozen in place as if rooted to the spot.
Lacey’s face turned ashen, she gritted her teeth and said, “Who put this on! Turn it off immediately!”

The big screen suddenly went black, but the crowd had already started
to buzz with discussion.
The Schneider family all had unpleasant expressions on their faces, feeling as if they had lost all their dignity.
Lacey looked at Mallory coldly, “What a great daughter you’ve raised!”
The previously silent Mallory finally exploded, raising her head to glare angrily at Norma.

Talon addressed the crowd, “I’m sorry, but due to my mother’s sudden fainting, I won’t be able to entertain you all. You are welcome to finish your dinner before leaving. We need to take my mother to the hospital. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I will make it up to you all with another feast next time.”
Melody glanced at Briana, who had been silent with her eyes downcast, and sneered, “Your mother sure does protect Kiley, too bad she’s blind, mistaking a fish’s eye for a pearl.”
Briana slowly lifted her head, her eyes devoid of any emotion.
“What a boring farce, I should have known better than to come.”
After speaking, she stood up and turned around to leave directly.
Melody paused for a moment, then hurriedly caught up once she realized.
“Briana, I’m sorry… Are you still upset about your mom?”
