A few minutes earlier...

Lye POV

"Sweetie...where are we going?!" I asked Cherry as she drags me around the corner. "Here! Let's go!" We hid behind a curtain in the middle of the hallway. "They will see us!" I told her. We started to hear people talking again. Zero's magic just wore off. "Honey...if we don't move they'll see us," I told her. "And if we do move, they'll still see us." She responded. I sighed, and we hear a demon coming around the corner. We both get stiff and stay still as best as we can. This is going to be a long night.. "Sweetie, stop touching me, this is not the time!" She yells quietly. "I'm not touching you though.." We both turned around to see a statue of a demon behind us.

She lets out a small scream and I covered her mouth. I peaked out from the curtain and looked around. Phew, no one heard it. "Are you trying to get us caught?" I whispered. "Sorryy, it startled me," she said. "Jeez," "Oh don't get fussy with me, Mr. 'I'm so afraid of everything that I couldn't even find a hiding place'." "Hey! That's not my fault, and this is barely a hiding place." "We're hiding aren't we?" She asks with a little sass in her voice. "It's a freaking curtain Cher!" "Will you shut up, they'll hear us." "You started it.." I said while pouting. She hits me and I rubbed my arm. "Ow.." "That's what you get."

It's already been about 10 minutes, and we haven't moved an inch. Suddenly, we heard voices coming from down the hall. "Oh my Gosh! That sounds like Ryder and Peach!" I yelled out. "Wait! It could be a trick," She tells me. "Oh...we'll just wait and see." I told her, and she nods. We listen some more and we hear a familiar voice. "Wait! that's Henry's voice!!" We both said before running out of the curtain and going over to the voices. We both see him and he looks back at us. It really was him! I ran towards him and jumped on him in excitement. "Henry!!!" "Lye!!!" We hugged each other, and I started tearing up. I really missed this guy, I'm so glad he's okay. We do our handshake and Cherry yells out his name, "Henry!!" She said before giving him a hug too. "Hey Cher! Wow, you look so grown up." "Thanks?" She says blushing. "Ahem!" I said before crossing my arms. Ryder looks annoyed too and they both looked at us awkwardly. "Now all we need to do is find Zero, and Reese." Momo says looking around. "Let's not split up again." Peach says, while grabbing Momo's arm. Have Peach and Momo gotten closer? I smiled at Peach and she looked away out of embarrassment. "What the fuck is he doing here?" I hear Cherry ask angrily. I looked over to see what she was looking at. Low and behold, it was the bane of my absolute existence, Lucas! I go up to him and punched him. I then pushed him to the ground and punched him again. Cherry grabs my arms trying to take me off of him.

It's weird, why is he just standing there and taking the punches like some sort of zombie? He already has a couple other bruises on his face as well. "I'd hoped I'd see you again, fight me! I swear I'll kill you!" I yelled at him. "Stop! This is not the time to fight! We need to find Reese and Zero!" Peach yells out. I clicked my tongue and crossed my arms. All of a sudden we heard noises coming from a room. We decided to approach the room, and we listened closely. We can hear moans and groans. "Oh my God...looks like someone's really going at it in there.." Henry says while chuckling. "I didn't know demons could have sex." I said, and they all look at me like I said something stupid. "Wait...that sounds...like struggling moans." Momo says with a worried look on her face.

We all looked at each other, and Henry opens the room door slowly. We all turned to look at the bed.. "Oh my god!" Ryder says in shock. Zero and Reese were tied to the bed. "Oh shit!" Henry says before going up to it, and untying Zero. Momo goes over to help, and she unties Reese. "Henry!" Zero says while hugging him. Henry hugs him back and ruffles his hair. "What happened Z?" He asked Zero. "We got caught in the closet by some demons, and they tied us up and said something about going to get the master." Zero responded. Reese comes over and hugs Henry too, he laughs and pats his head. "Guys...I have a bad feeling..." Peach told us. Oh no... the last time she said that...Zayne died. "Oh shit! That means it's time to leave!" Ryder yelled out. "Guys...wait, I hate to say this but...don't you think this was way too easy?" Cherry says while looking at all of us.

We look around at each other and I said, "I agree...this was waaay too easy." All of a sudden the room starts filling with smoke. "Oh no!!" Peach yells out before grabbing Momo. "Everyone go to the door!!" Henry yells out. Everyone tried to go to the door but it's too late. Peach passes out and so does Momo. "Peach!!" Ryder yells out, and he falls as well, Henry catches him and says, "Babe!! Are you okay?!" Then Henry passes out and I could feel myself losing consciousness. Cherry falls, and I try to catch her, but to no avail. I looked over to see Zero and Reese already out. My eyes go back and all I see is blackness.

When I wake up, I can feel my hands and my legs tied together. I looked around, to see that we're in some kind of ball room. I panicked while trying to get free. I see all my friends tied up as well, and they started to wake up. "W-What is this?!" Ryder yells out nervously. "I don't know, someone knocked us out and brought us here." Henry says with a serious expression. Everyone looks around, and Momo says, "This place is huge..." "Isn't it?" An unfamiliar voice says. We looked up to see a guy standing on the ceiling. "This is my ball room~" he says to us with a smile. He has black eyes, and short white hair, with silver skin. He's wearing a really weird and unnecessarily skin tight black armor. "Who are you?!" Henry yells out. "Fuck..." I heard Lucas say. I forgot he was here, but he looks really scared. "You know this guy?" Zero asks Lucas, but he doesn't say anything.

"My name is Morbus, I am the leader of the demons, and I am in charge of Moonbeam. Ring a bell?" He says before smiling again. "Oh my God," Ryder says with a scared expression. We all didn't know what to say...this was really a shock.. "Hmm, welp, can't be helped if you don't know. None of you are leaving this place alive anyway." He says before floating in the air, and circling around us. Its almost as if he's scanning us with his eyes. "Oouuu, you two have an interesting power." He says to Henry and Zero. "How do you know?!" Henry asked him. "I can just look at someone and know they're power by scanning them." "What?!" I yelled out in awe. So I was right... "Yes... Mr. dark skin, I scanned you and I know you have copying powers." He said while looking at me.

He smiled and said, "Shall I tell you everything I know? Mrs. Red hair has drawing powers. Mrs. Orange hair has slime powers. Mr. Blondie has fire powers, Mr. Orange and red, has magma powers. Mrs. Purple hair is a werewolf and Mr. Light blue has ice powers. Oh and Cutie pie #1 has no power, but can nullify magic and cutie pie #2 can stop time." We all looked at him in absolute shock, how did he do that?.. "To be honest I was going to kill all of you, but I like you two, so I'll only keep you alive." He tells us before grabbing Henry and Zero. "Hey! Get off me!!" "Let go!" They both yell out. He sets them down across the other side of the room and he comes back over to us. "It was so fun watching you guys rescue Cutie pie # 1." Morbus said while giving us a smile. Wait...he was watching us this whole time?

"I knew this shit was too easy.." Cherry said with a frustrated look. "Of course, did you think you could come into my castle and have me not know about it? Didn't you wonder why there weren't many demon guards around? I told most of them to go away, because I wanted to see what you guys would do. You see, they all knew you guys were there, hiding." "Wait...what about the guys from the room!" Reese yells out. "Oh them? They didn't know you were there. They were having fun amongst themselves, but it just so happens that they found Mr. Reddish hair and Cutie pie #2 in their closet.

I told them to tie you guys up, because I knew you all would go find them eventually. It was perfect, having you all go inside that room. All I had to do was release the sleeping gas and you'd guys be out like a light," Morbus told us. "This is ridiculous! What the fuck do you want?!" Zero yells at him from across the room. He laughs and his smile instantly fades. "I want every human on earth to suffer my wrath." I felt a shiver down my spine when he said this. What the hell have we gotten ourselves into?! "Alright, now that we got that out of the way. Shall we begin?" He said before getting up. "Begin what?!" Momo yells out. "The extermination," He said with a smile. We all couldn't believe our eyes and ears. He was really going to kill us..
