“W-What?” Henry says with a shocked face. At this point I didn’t know what to say. Could Henry and Mr. Silver be related?! “U-Uh c-class dismissed.” He says, and everyone walks out unable to say anything. I stayed behind with Henry though. I wanted to know if they’re related. After everyone leaves, Mr. Silver shuts the door. “Now, tell me, what you meant by ‘still alive’". Henry asks in an somewhat angry voice. I grabbed his hand to calm him down. “Well, where should I start? Uh...” Mr. Silver stops to look at me. “It’s fine, he’s my boyfriend, he should know too.” Henry says to him. He called me his...boyfriend. That makes me really happy. I pushed away the thought and continued to listen.

“Oh, okay, well in that case, I’ll tell you both. It was a long time ago, when your mother and father were very esteemed scientists. They knew just about everything, about everyone. However, one day they decided to help this very evil man do some very evil deeds. This guy experimented on children, and your parents being the nice people they were, didn’t want to. However, that man used you to get to them. He told them that if they didn’t help him, he would harm you. He knew someone within moonbeam, who did all his dirty work for him; but when the head of Moonbeam found out these bad experiments were going on. He ordered all three of them to be killed. So they were, your parents and Dr. Mass, the evil scientist. Even though your parents had nothing to do with it. They still suffered the consequences.” Henry’s fists started to ball up in frustration. I grabbed his hand again to try and comfort him.

“After I got word of their death, it broke me. I loved my sister more than you can imagine. I knew I had to take you in, but unfortunately, Moonbeam was after me too. They knew Lila, my sister and your mom, had a brother. So they did everything they could to try to kill me too. They obviously failed, but I’m still on the run to this day. I changed my name and my appearance. I also gave you my changed name, which is Silver. Now you know why I couldn’t raise you as my own. I really didn’t want to put you in danger. Henry please, you have to believe me.” I looked at Henry again, but he looks like he wants to cry. “Did...did they suffer? My parents...” Henry asks Mr. Silver. “No! They never suffered, even in their last moments, they only thought of you!” “How do you know!? You weren’t even there!!” Henry yelled out with tears coming down his face.

“Yes...I know; but I know them, and I know they loved you more than anything!” Henry starts crying even harder and I hugged him instantly. He cries in my arms and Mr. Silver comes up to where we are and he taps my shoulder. I let go of Henry, and Mr. Silver hugs him instead. “I’m so sorry I couldn’t be there for you Henry. I wanted to so badly, but I always checked up on you in every foster home you went to. I made sure you were always okay, the best way I knew how. Five years ago, there was a big fire in your foster home. The manager of the facility told me everyone had died. I was so devastated, the one thing in this world I cared about got taken from me. Now...now I know you're okay, and I’m so glad you're alive.”

He hugs Henry tighter and Henry slowly starts hugging him back. “You're not going to leave me this time right?” Henry asks him in between cries. “Of course not! Now that I know you're alright, I’m not letting you out of my sight again!” Mr. Silver told him. I started to cry too at this beautiful family reunion. They stopped hugging and looked over at me confused. “What?” I said. “Why the hell are you crying?” Henry asks me with a small laugh. “Oh shut up, this is a beautiful moment, keep hugging, go.” I said, moving my hand in a ‘shoo’ motion. They hug again and I kept wiping my tears away. After about another minute they stopped and Mr. Silver looks at Henry with a smile. “Wow, you’ve really grown up, how old are you now?” “16.” Henry says smiling. “Wow, I’ve already missed so much of your life, well not anymore!!” Mr. Silver says pointing his finger up in certainty and Henry and I both laugh at his gesture. “Oh, and don’t worry, your mother wouldn’t have cared whether you dated a boy or a girl. I know that for sure.” Mr. Silver says with a smile looking at us both. “Thanks, uh, should I call you uncle?” Henry asks trying his best to take this all in. “Call me whatever you want, just not late for work.” Oh no, I was hoping he wouldn’t be like Mrs. Balm with the lame ass jokes. Henry laughs and looks at me, then he grabs my hand and his uncles too. “My family,” he says with teary eyes. I grab him for another hug and so does Mr. Silver.

“Can you all shut up,” We hear a deep voice coming from the other side of the room. There is no one there though. “Zero, is that you?” Mr. Silver asks. All of a sudden a guy comes out from behind the furthest desk row. Was this fool sleeping?! He yawns and grabs his bag to leave. “Wait, how much did you hear?” Mr. Silver asks him seriously. “Your family stuff is none of my business.” He says while walking past us to the front door. I looked at Henry, who also looks confused. “Hey, wait,” That Zero guy turns around and looks at Henry quite annoyed. “Did you go to Luthers?” Henry asks him and Zero looks a bit surprised, he says no and then walks out. “Hm, I could’ve sworn he did.”

Henry says under his breath. “Luthers?” I asked him. “It’s the name of this religious foster home I went to,” He responds. “Ohhh, oh, that means Zero was in foster care?” I asked Henry. “Well, I swear I saw him there, some faces do change though, so I don’t know,” Henry adds. “Zero was always a lone wolf in my class, no friends, and from what I heard, no family either; but I don’t think we should be talking about him without him here.” Mr. Silver says. We nod and grab our things. Wow, today was pretty eventful.

Henry grabs my hand and we start walking out; but not before waving goodbye to Mr. Silver. I can’t believe we found Henry’s uncle. That is so crazy. I looked up at him to see him smiling. “Look at you all happy,” I said, pushing him with my shoulder. “Shut up,” he says, pushing me back. I laughed and stepped in front of him to say, “I love you.” He looked surprised and said “This is the first time you're saying it without stuttering.” “Oh shut up.” I said playfully. He laughs and we make our way to the lunch room. It’s about 12 pm right now, time goes by really quickly. Do we have to go back to class since he dismissed us? I don’t know, I’ll have to ask Momo what the curriculum is here. Oh God...curriculum? I sound like a mom. Yuck.

“How you like this, you little fag?! Haha!” I hear from across the lunchroom. A really big guy was pouring juice all over Zero’s head. What the fuck! “Hey! You can’t-” I get cut off by Henry putting his arm in front of me. He walks over there and approaches the big guy. Oh no. That guy is goner. “The fuck you want?! Just cause you're tall doesn’t mea-” Henry interrupts him by punching him. The guy flies across the room and everyone stares in awe. Some girls swoon over Henry even more and Henry tells Zero to follow him. Zero just looks at him annoyed, but Henry grabs his arm and starts pulling him away. Zero tries to get him off but Henry is too strong. I got up and approached the guy Henry hit. After I throw a small fireball at that prick. I followed Henry and Zero.
