I sat next to Emilia, and Ruben sat opposite us. We ordered some raw meat and fresh vegetables. There was a barbeque with charcoal. Besides, many plates were served with the raw meat and vegetables we ordered.

I hailed a taxi. When I saw Ruben and Emilia get in the taxi, I called Marcel and asked him to pick me up. 

Fifteen minutes later, Marcel arrived. He still looked numb and loyal. I sighed and said, “Marcel, it will be fine if Frederic can come at any time I need, just like you do.” 

Marcel kept silent for a while. Then, he asked me, “Mrs. Hudson, do you need me to call Mr. Hudson?” 

I just said, “Well, shut up and focus on driving.” 

Marcel nodded and sent me back to Maple Villa. I wondered whether Frederic and his parents were there.
