I must have guessed right. Frederic’s face showed annoyance. He reached out and took the vitamins, tilted his head back, and swallowed them all in one gulp. I was in awe. 

In terms of taking medicine, he was better than me. 

After finishing the vitamins, Frederic said, “You can leave now.” 

I turned around and left without any nostalgia. 

When I walked downstairs into the kitchen, Kira was waiting there. Her expression was a bit strange, and her tone had a hint of 

amusement. She said, “Mrs. Hudson, has Mr. Hudson taken his 

vitamins?” 

“Um.” I nodded. 

“That’s good. You should go take a shower and rest soon, it’s very late,” Kira kindly advised me.

“What is it exactly?” Frederic was extremely stubborn. He bent down, reaching his hand into the blanket, trying to snatch that thing away. 

I have never flirted with him before. So, I understand this situation as 

him really trying to compete with me for something. 

“This is my personal belongings. What’s it to you? Frederic, go back to your room and sleep!” I shouted angrily at Frederic. 

I had just finished speaking when Frederic rudely yanked off my blanket. I was left half–naked, with the pink fountain of joy fully exposed. 

After staring at me for a few seconds, his gaze noticeably became intense. 

I thought he would mock me a few times and then leave, after all, this is what he likes and is best at doing. But the development of the situation exceeded my expectations. 

Frederic pressed down my hand with one hand, then leaned over and forcefully blocked my lips. My breathing immediately became difficult. 

I pushed Frederic abruptly. “Are you running a fever? You feel so hot!“. 

His body was really hot, so hot that it could burn someone. I suspected that a high fever had fried his brain, which is why he is now exhibiting such uncontrollable behavior. 

Frederic’s voice was slightly hoarse. That depends on what medicine you gave me to eat.”
