Chapter 14

Asgeir POV

I groaned and moaned slightly when I felt that pain in my head. It felt like someone was pushing a spear right through it.

"That is what happens when you drink too much." I heard someone say and I tried to open my eyes to see who it was, but the light coming through the window was too much, it actually burned my eyes.

"Wow, he really looks like shit. He wasn't supposed to let him get so drunk." Arvid said laughing while he spoke.

"Why weren't we invited.?" Said a voice who I recognized as Armod's and felt someone jump onto the bed and lay down next to me.

"Beats me. Besides Arkyn always excludes us when it comes Asgier. Probably thought we were going to tease or what not." Arvid said.

I groaned and tried to move away when I felt a weight on my side, but it was so heavy, that I gave up after a few seconds and sighed into my pillow.

"Wake up little brother, you smell like a brothel." Armod said whispering into my ear, and I made an attempt to slap him, but ended up slapping the air, knowing he ducked.

"Come on help me get him up." Arvid said and I felt myself slowly being lifted, despite my weak protests to put me down.

I gasped and was immediately awakened when I felt myself being dropped into a bath of ice cold water. I coughed a bit when I came up from beneath the water and glared at my idiot brothers who were laughing as they watched me.

"You weren't going to wake up. We tried nicely for a while." Armod said snickering

"I'm sure you did." I said and began removing my wet clothes and throwing it out of the tub onto the floor.

"What time is it?" I asked as I reached for the soap bar and began scrubbing myself.

"It's still early morning. The sun just rose a few minutes ago." Arvid said as he sat on the edge of the tub.

I stopped scrubbing and looked at them with a murderous look, and when they started laughing again, I knew exactly what they were laughing for.

Did these two idiots really wake me up that early.

"Little brother, you're getting married today, everything needs to be prim and proper. And that takes time." Arvid said to which I rolled my eyes and continued scrubbing.

"Oh come on, don't be so upset." Armod said as he threw in some rose petals and sat on the opposite side of the tub.

If only they knew they only thing I was upset about was actually waking up this morning. Why couldn't I die in my sleep!

"What are you two doing in here?" Arkyn asked as he walked into my room and looked at out two brothers sitting on the opposite sides of my tub while I washed.

"Oh shut it brother, you can't be the only one to help him this morning, besides we were here first so scoot" Armod said making Arvid laugh while Arkyn just rolled his eyes and placed the things he brought onto the table in my room.

I smiled when I saw how my brothers cared so much out me, to such an extent, they even told our parents that they would help me with everything and that I didn't need any servants. Despite the dread I was feeling inside, I wanted to be happy, at least for them, and I smiled at that.

"Here, let me wash your hair. The shampoo comes from Rona, it actually smells like the ocean and apparently the scent stays in your hair for days. Imagine that." Arvid said as he opened the tub and dug his hands inside it.

He rubbed it between his palms and came to stand around by my head and began rubbing it into my scalp. I closed my eyes, liking the massage he was giving me, since it seemed to ease my headache a bit, and I smiled.

"He seems to like it. Better get a few tubs and give it to Gregor." Armod said laughing, and just like that, my smile fell.

"I was just kidding brother." Armod said and got up. When he came back, he had a tray in his hand with cut up fruit on it.

He picked out one and held in front of my mouth, to which I looked at him with a raised eyebrow, like he was crazy.

"You're getting pampered today, so open up." He said and I shook my head, chuckling as I opened my mouth, and resisted the urge to moan when I felt that delicious taste of sweet pineapple, touch my tastebuds.

"Besides, I'm one hundred percent sure that you will not be able to walk tomorrow with that junk that Gregor is packing." Armod said making me choke on that sweet pineapple, and watching him laugh at me.

"What, I just happened to be riding past the river when he decided to take a swim." He said innocently making Arkyn shake his head from the seat he was sitting on.

After scrubbing up, I told Arvid and Armod I needed privacy to shave, despite them telling me they'd do it, I was not about to let them anywhere near my manhood.

Shaving didn't take long, since I didn't have hair anywhere on my body besides my pubic hair, and that too wasn't even alot, so all I had to do was trim it a bit, if I didn't want to be hairless.

After I shaved, I got out and dried myself, almost shivering from that cold bath. I walked towards my room, where my three brothers were sitting around and chatting about. They all looked up when they saw me standing there with a cloth covering just about my manhood alone.

"Wow, you're so pale. You look like a page." Armod said looking at me.

"I'm going to take that as a compliment." I said and walked to the bed where Arkyn had placed my clothes.

I dropped my towel and began dressing in the clothes when I heard Armod whistling to which I just rolled my eyes and continued to dress.

"For someone so skinny, you sure aren't tiny down there." He said making Arvid laugh.

"Is dicks all you ever think about." Arkyn said shaking his head as he stood and walked towards me , to help me.

"Dicks and other things." He said laughing as he got up and fetched my crown.

"It's been adjusted, so it won't fall off." He said smiling at me not before whispering "hopefully." Which I clearly heard.

After I was pretty much dressed in my wedding clothes, they helped me put on my crown and applied way too much perfume on me that I actually felt like choking at one point.

"Well you do look handsome." Arvid said as he brushed a few strands of hair out of my face.

"At least you're not calling me beautiful." I said and smiled ay him.

"Oh no, I still think you're beautiful, I only didn't say it because I knew you'd get angry." He said laughing when I glared at him.

We all turned our head when we heard someone enter and looked into the eyes of our Father and Dad. They both smiled as they looked at me.

"I didn't actually think you three could pull this off. I must say I'm impressed." Father said , speaking to my brothers.

My parents walked towards me and engulfed me in a hug, it was almost impossible not to cry. I leaned into my Dad and buried my face in his chest, taking in his warmth.

"You've become such a fine man. You're not my baby any more." He said holding the sides of my face.

"Dad don't cry." I said and wiped away the tears coming down his face.

"I can't help it, these a tears of joy." He said and kissed my forehead, then stepped aside for my father.

He too pulled me into a hug, but he was stronger at controlling his emotions, so I didn't expect him to cry, instead he held my head against his chest and kissed the top of my head.

"I'm proud of you son." He said and kissed my forehead.

The guard came to tell him that the King and Queen, Gregor's parents, were passing through the gates and they excused themselves so they could greet them.

When they left, I sighed and turned to face my brothers, who were smiling at me.

They all walked and engulfed me into a hug, so strong that I couldn't hold it in and I let the tears fall as all three of them held me. I realized that this would be the last time I would be held by them like this, the last time I would get teased by them for crying. I realized in this moment, just how much I loves my brothers.

I pulled away from them and chuckled while I wiped away my tears and sniffed a bit. I smiled at each of them and said..

"This is it."
