Paul and Liam felt disgusted at that intimate title because they felt it was far from appropriate to describe Nydia’s relationship with Cade.
Cade was expressionless, but everyone could sense the coldness in the air. It meant that Cade was furious.
No one in the room dared to move and looked at Liam and Paul, asking them to figure out a solution quickly.
Unexpectedly, before Liam and Paul could say anything, Cade stood up and left without looking back.
Liam shouted from behind. “Is everything okay with your hand?”
Paul frowned and pondered, ‘I feel Cade is acting strangely tonight.”

The first–floor hall was bustling with people. Cade stood in the crowd and grimly stared at Nydia’s back for two minutes. As Cade was about to stride over, Lewis suddenly crouched down, smiled, and whispered in Nydia’s ear.

Veronica and Nydia continued their talking, unaware of the lingering icy aura coming from behind them.
The music stopped abruptly, and everyone fell into silence. The club owner rushed over as fast as he could.
Nydia furrowed her brow in displeasure, asking, “Why did you stop the music?” She noticed Lewis’s eyes widen and raised her voice to encourage him, “Keep singing. You’re doing great!”
Just as Nydia finished speaking, Cade grabbed Nydia’s shirt and pulled her back a few steps back. With that, he stood and circled Nydia in his arms. Cade’s sudden actions made Nydia feel dizzy, her hands flailing wildly.
When Nydia finally recognized who had caught her, she frowned and spoke drunkenly, “Mr. Jackson, are you also here to support your favorite singer? Which one is your favorite? Come on, tell me. I’ll give half of my money to you.”
A strong waft of alcohol assailed Cade’s nose, causing him to cast a disdainful glance at Nydia.
