“You’re disgusting, Jason!” I was horrified. “Are you even willing to buy my love? But
my love is not for sale, and my daughter and I are very far from you!” I threw those
words at him and turned to leave, talking to him was a waste of time.
“Stop being selfish, Laura. You only know how to think about yourself from the
beginning,” he said running up to me and holding me by the arm making me look at
him.
“Let me go!” I told him to let me go, I was mad at him, but he didn’t let me go and
insisted.
“Look, do you want your damn project? Do you want all your coworkers not to get hurt because of you? I’ll release the project, I’ll accept your work right now if you
want,” he said.
“You will accept?” I was surprised. Would he accept it? He nodded.
“Yes, I’ll give the go–ahead, but first you have to give me something.”
“What thing?”
“A kiss. Kiss me and you will have your work freedom.”
