Chapter 36: Cats out of the bag

I wake up feeling very nauseous. I run to the bathroom and empty my stomach contents in the toilet. After finally having nothing left to throw up I stand up and wash my face. I throw my hair in a messy bun and go back into my room to get dressed for the day. I look in the mirror seeing that my baby pump has grown. I smile a sad smile and look away. I'm happy that the baby is well, but it is also a reminder of what trouble lays ahead.

I dress in n black strapless bikini and cover myself in a black lace cardigan.

I go downstairs to see layla, Jenny and Bilbo out by the pool. I grab a water and an apple and join them. We spent an hour outside just relaxing and laying down on the beach chair, and just having a nice time, until my worst nightmare comes true.

"Guess who is here to surprise their mate!" I hear Grayson yell and I turn my head to see both my mates and Sam. My heart stops and I just feel fear run through me. I quickly stand up and both of them stare at my tummy. I see their shock and confusion. I feel panic run through me and I have know idea what to do.

"What the hell is going on ?" William ask. All eyes are one me and I look at Jenny and layla for help but they just look back at me. Before I even know what I am doing. I step past them and run up to my room, I slam it close and pace back and forth.

Not even a minute later the door opens with a bang and my head turns to my mates. Their faces are drained of any color.

"Please please, please don't be mad. I beg you to just... just.. aggg... I don't know. Just don't freak out.” I rumble out in one breath.

"Your pregnant, Sophia 1?" Grayson ask.

"Yes I am . I wanted to tell you but I was so scared! " I say in a unsteady voice. Tears start to fill my eyes.

"How can this be? Kendra can't get pregnant? How is this possible and why didn't you tell as sooner?” William ask in frustration and anger.

"I found out about a month ago and this shouldn't be possible but it is. * I say in a soft voice.

"Why haven't you told us?" William ask.

"And how the hell did you hide this from us.” Grayon ask

"Kendra hide the babe's heartbeat. I didn't tell you because...” I close my eyes and run my hands over my face how am I going to tell them.

"Because what?" Grayson growl and moved towards me. I feel the tears finally falling.

"Beacuse I was scared you would make me get rid of the babe.” I say just above a whisper.

"Why would we ever do that?!" William growls and moves next to Grayson

"After I found out that I was pregnant I needed answer and the only one who could give me those were the moon goddes, so I summon her. Kendra knew how. We spoke to her and found out that after the baby's birth, I will die. " tears fall down my cheek and I look into the boys eyes. All I see is betrayal and anger.

"Guys.." I step closer but Jackson has already moved and throws a lamp against the wall. I step backwards and place a protective hand on my tummy.

"I hear the things heart beating.” William growls

"The thing. William this is your child. Please, please be mad at me but not at the babe. You need to promise me that you guys will take care of it after...” William interrupts me

"After! After you die! So what your going to make us that care of the thing that killed you! Why would you punish us like that Sophia!?" William shouts. Grayson growls and walks towards the door. "Grayson, don't go!" I call out to him.

"If you wanne die, then you can die on your own!" He spits out and leaves.

"William, you guys can leave me?" I cry out.

"We aren't leaving you. You chose to leave us the minute you accept the pregnancy! " He growls out and leaves as well. I fall to my knees and cry out as my heart breaks. Bilbo enters the room and moves to sit next to me. He gives me a hug and a kiss on my head. I cry into his small lap.
