Kai saw Tobias entering the room in his black leather jacket, and the smile on his face immediately disappeared without a trace, while he placed a piece of pork on Skylar's plate.

Seeing his actions, Tobias frowned. Skylar was totally oblivious to the man’s arrival, smiling and teasing Sheldon, calling him “the retired playboy.”

Tobias pulled a chair over and sat beside her. “Why? Am I not welcome here?”

Skylar hurriedly explained, “I was surprised because Sheldon didn't tell me you'll be here.”

“Have you finished eating? Let's go home if you're done.” Tobias obviously wanted to leave as soon as possible.
