Ethan would be pis sed, but she would be mine, and I could make him understand. Force her to realize that even without the ankle monitor, she can’t escape us. That we will always hunt her down.

She continues to thrash, and I drag her to the edge of the bed, pushing my body between her legs. I grip her hair, leaning in close and hovering over her. Her eyes are wild and f uck if it doesn’t do something to me, seeing her like this.

My teeth lengthen with the need to claim her, and my vision grows sharp. “Rose.” I

Her heart races frantically as I push my face into the crook of her neck. Breathing in the scent of her fear, her body warm beneath mine as she struggles against me. I groan and pull back to look at her.

“Don’t tempt me Rose.” I wrap my fingers around her throat, pinning her to the bed beneath me. She watches me, her blue eyes wide and wild.

Rose freezes, her lips part, and I want to kiss her. But she doesn’t say anything at my words, which angers me. “Do you want to be mine, ours? It would be so easy to claim you.” I remind her, dragging my fingers over the side of her neck where she would bear my mark. She should want me to claim her. She’s ours, after all.

Although Ethan would beat me senseless if I did claim her. But I wonder if the beating would be worth it if it means sinking my teeth and my c ock inside her.

“Max, stop. Please,” she whimpers, her hands pushing against my chest. I stare at her, taking in the way her lip trembles with fear. She’s scared of me. Rose shows no interest in us being hers, like she is ours. But she is mistaken if she thinks we’ll ever let her be another’s. She won’t escape us again. Pushing off the bed, I rise and sna tch her ankle. I clamp the ankle monitor on her and tighten it. Rose looks at it horrified and tugs on the thick plastic strap.

She tries to reach for the key as I remove it from the lock, but I pull it away and pocket it. “You won’t be escaping us again. You leave this property. It will send an alert to all our phones,” I warn her while pocketing the key. “And I don’t suggest you try to shift to get out of it. It will tighten. That won’t come off without the key.” I tell her.

“Max-” she says, but I shake my head, looking at her. She’s still on the bed, looking every bit as tempting as she did beneath me.

Grabbing my bag, I turn away from her and make my way out of the bedroom. Not trusting myself around her any longer.

I take my bag into my room, strip out of my clothing and leave it on the floor. Hurrying into the bathroom, I all but run to the shower. Turning on the water, I step beneath the warm spray. Wrapping my fingers around my co ck, I stroke my length.
