Chapter 71

Her eyes were blank. It seemed as if she was looking at nothing while she was looking at everything at the same time.

Seeing Acella like this weakened some feelings inside Ciara. She really wanted to save her. She didn't want to leave her like this. She didn't want to watch another person go down the path that she went. "Why do you think that it was your fault? You didn't know what he was going to do. You just thought that he was a good person and you were trying to have fun. It's not your fault that he's a bastard" Ciara said. Acella shook her head. No one is convincing her that this isn't her fault.

"I...I was the one who came to the bar alone even after Axiel told me that I should not come here. And he said...he said that 1 was looking for it" Acella said.

"Forget what that person said! He's a jerk! You can't listen to whatever a jerk says. He'll say just about anything to make himself feel better. He's a bastard who's going to get his just desserts!" Ciara said. She was glad now that she didn't let him go as he had expected.

He needs to learn his lessons so if he ever has a chance next time, he won't go around picking on weak women.

"And as for you leaving without any protectors, it's not your fault. Your brother wants to protect you but you have a right to enjoy your own life. You don't have to stay cooped up inside the house or get followed around if you want to leave. So don't blame yourself. None of what happened is your fault Acella. You didn't do anything wrong" Ciara said.

Acella just kept looking into space. She didn't say anything else but Ciara didn't keep on pressing. She knows that Acella won't just stop blaming herself just because she said a few words to her.. "Let's get you out of here Acella. I'm sure that you don't want to stay here anymore right? You want to go back home right?" Ciara asked. Acella nodded her head.

She didn't want to stay here anymore. coming to this place was a bad idea. She didn't think that she will ever be coming back at all

"Let's go, Ciara said. She held Acella's shoulder as she helped her leave the bathroom.

Nadia, Bella and Steve were in the bar. Ever since she met Steve, she had spent every day with him.

Anyway, he said he was leaving soon, so Nadia felt like there was nothing for her to worry about.

She was drinking as she observed the bar. Suddenly, she saw someone. Acella!

She immediately tapped Bella. "hey, look over there! That's Axiel's sister. What is she doing here? She doesn't like leaving the house. How come she's at a bar?" Nadia asked while watching Acella. She didn't like Acella but she plans to use her to get close to Axiel again, so she was already thinking of ways to bring Acella

to her side.

Bella took one look at Nadia and she could already tell what Nadia was plotting in her head. She shook her head. She had already given up all hopes on Nadia now. She just hopes that she doesn't end up badly hurting herself.

"I think she's already leaving. And who's that woman helping her leave? I don't think I've seen her around this pack before

Bella said.

Steve looked over to the people Belia and Nadia were talking about. He first saw a petite looking girl who looked so out of place. And then he saw her.

The person he had come back for. Ciara. His head was spinning in circles. What is she doing here?

"I'm going to go talk to her. Find out what Axiel is doing now. Do you want to come with me!" Nadia asked Steve.

Steve shook his head and turned away. He can't let Ciara see him now. It's just going to mess up all of his plans. He can't afford that.

"No, you go ahead. I think I'm just going to wait out here for a bit" Steve said.

Nadia didn't mind. She immediately bounced over to Acella.

Ciara was helping Acella leave the bar when Nadia walked over to them. She ignored Ciara and went for Acella immediately.

"Hey Acella! What are you doing here? If you were going to come to the bar, you should have told me about it. I would have showed you how to have a good time" Nadia said.

She was smiling happily at Acella now which was a sharp contrast from the way she had treated Acella the last time they met.

Ciara looked from Acella to Nadia. Nadia had an extremely fake smile on her face while Acella was scowling. Obviously, the both of them don't have a good history between them at all. "Do you know her?" Ciara asked Acella.

Acella shook her head immediately. "I don't know who she is. Let's just leave Ciara. I don't know her at all" Acella said. She had nor forgotten the words Nadia said to her the last time that she was in the palace.

She won't stupidly think that Nadia just wants to be nice to her. She probably just wants to ask her questions about Axiel.

She hasn't been around for some time. So Axiel probably dumped her and she's looking for ways to get her back.

Although she doesn't get along with her brother, she won't let this woman sink her claws into him at all.

"Hey Acella, how can you say that? You know that Axiel and I.... Nadia did not get to finish.

"I don't know anything about Axiel and you. You are not the only she woll he's brought around. You are just one of t them. He is probably already tired of you. Besides, he already has a mate now and he's going to marry her and make her his many of Luna. You should give up now. Nothing you do is ever going to get him to come back to you" Acella said. She didn't mince her words at all

She didn't even like Nadia in the first place so why should she bother being nice and polite to her?

Nadia was shocked when she heard this. The Acella she knows doesn't even like talking so how can she talk to her like this? What has happened to her?

"Hey, Acella....how can you talk to me like this? Axiel and I are still together! Although he has a mate now, I'm the one he's in love with!" Nadia didn't bat an eye when she lied. Acella rolled her eyes. "Let's just go Clara" She said.

Ciara nodded her head. She already had a good idea about what was going on. Nadia wants Acella's brother but Axiel already

got tired of playing with her so she's bothering Acella now.

Acella and Ciara turned to leave but Nadia grabbed Acella's hand. Clara turned at once and pushed Nadia away.

"Stay away from her!!" Ciara said and pushed Nadia away. Nadia wasn't expecting that at all. She stumbled back a few steps.
