Chapter 3 

Ahh! 

Natalie’s eyes shot open, and she leaped out of hot in terror, her b*dy drenched in cold sweat 

She could still seem to feel the pan of being burned by intense flames 

A strong, muscular arm wrapped around her slender waist, and a familiar scent filled the air as the man patiently coated her. “Go back to sleep a little longer, love.”

Flinging off Calvin’s arm, Natalie hurriedly got up and reached for her phone. The date on the screen clearly showed that it was several months before she would be burned to death. 

“Have I been reborn?” she thought in disbelief. 

Her loud movements woke Calvin, who had been sound asleep and was now wearing a weary, grumpy expression. 

“What are you up to so early in the morning?” 

Natalie clutched her phone tightly, her eyes locked on the date displayed on the screen. “It’s one day before that woman gets kidnapped!” she thought 

“What are you doing?” Seeing Natalie’s strange behavior, Calvin furrowed his attractive brows, noticing that the sun had only just started to rise. 

Without paying any attention to the man in bed, Natalie rushed to the bathroom and stared at her reflection in the mirror. Her face still had a hint of baby fat

With that, Natale walked to the side of the bed, took a deep breath, and gazed at the

In a flash, Calvin’s drowsy ryes stopped awake, and they starkened as he proceed her word “What did you say?

Chapter 2 

“I get Brianna to prepare the divorce agreement. If you’re concerned about your rights. I can have your company’s lawyer 

“What are you even saying? Calvin demanded, confounded by her bizarre behavior early in the morning and the bombshell. she had just thrown at him 

Ignoring Calvin’s anger, Natalie remained composed andl questioned calmly and straightforwardly fooling around with each other?”

“Ten years… We’ve been together for ten years, yet remarkably, time appears to have made no mark on his face. How blessed!” she pondered

Calvin was at a loss for words, unable to come up with a retort. 

She then added. “However, don’t think for a moment that you can strip me of my rights as your wife of three years. Our shared assets will be divided equally, and if you attempt any underhanded tactics.. Ill make sure that both you and that woman’s reputation are ruined

“What on Earth happened to her? Last night, she was still affectionate to me, yet now she’s demanding a divorce early in the morning?” he brooded 

Disregarding the furious look in his eyes. Natalie put on her clothes and walked out briskly. 

Sounds of things crashing rang out from behind her, and Calvin gritted out, “So, you do remember that we have been together for ten years?” 

Natalie did not answer him, merely pausing momentarily before heading upstairs without a backward glance. 

She dialed the most familiar number. Once the call connected, a woman’s voice quickly came through. “Nat” 

“Help me draft a divorce agreement. I need it right now.” 

As soon as Natalie finished speaking, silenced ensued on the line 

Half a second later, die voice on the other end of the phone became thrilled. “Have you bually come to your senses Ill get up right away and work on it. Give me half an hour” 

Natalie closed her eyes in the past year rumors of Calvins affair had frequently reached her ears
