Finding it tiresome as she listened to the others argue with each other, she crossed her arms and said, “Since all of you can’t even solve this minor issue, it seems you’re not fit to remain at Ainsworth Group. If you resign voluntarily, you’ll receive the penalty fee for breach of contract plus half a year’s salary.” Everyone in the video conference was stunned. In less than two hours, a brand new proposal was ready.
