Darian POV

Dragus and I made our way across the street from the train station towards a hotel, we entered the hotel and checked in we made our way to the elevator once we were inside the doors started to close before someone jabbed their arm between the doors stopping them from closing.

A girl rushed in with a guy and stood in front of us and started chatting.

"I think she's going to love it I mean she's not had a proper birthday”

"Yeah well in the dress I've got her she will be the girl's fire she just needs a little shove to realise it”

"So where are we going again?"

"Tavaz so you guys will meet me and Aria there at 8 pm, make sure the others aren't late Landon and her friend is coming fonight as well so we girls we get ready together”

I raised my eyebrow at Dragus I couldn't believe our luck are they talking about our Aria, wait what were did that come from our Aria I liked the sound of that and so did my dragon he almost purred in my mind Dragus eyed me from across the elevator as the other two occupants continued their conversation.

"You know I heard her talking in her sleep the other night about those twins" the girl Dana said and my ears perked back up as did Dragus's.

"Yeah well I don't think she realises it I've heard her for the last two weeks talking about them in her sleep but she always seems to wake before anything happens, the other night I heard her shouting "MATES" I just thought she had a nightmare”

I couldn't help myself and a low growl rumbled from my chest, but I covered it with a cough as the other two turned and looked at me so Aria had been dreaming about us but was it the same dream that we had had? The elevator came to a stop and the two of them got off and continued down the hallway, as the doors closed and it was just Dragus and me, I turned and look at my brother his arms across his chest and he had his broody face on but I knew he was thinking about Aria.

"Do you think its the same dream that we've been having?" I asked.

"I don't know maybe but there's only one way to find out,” he said smirking at me from across the elevator the lift dinged as we got out on our floor and went down the hall to our room.

"What are you thinking Dragus?" I eyed him as we walked into the room and threw our bags down I knew the little wheels were turning in his head. Dragus turned to me and I saw the gleam in his eye.

"Well we're going out tonight dear brother Tavaz I think the place is called" I chuckled at him and shook my head he was always the scheming bastard out of the two of us but if it meant that we got answers then so be it

As we walked into the bar I scanned the area looking for a glimpse of Aria but I found none. We decided on getting to the bar an hour before Aria and her friends would be arriving so we could find a place to sit and watch her from without showing ourselves yet. Dragus pointed to a table in the far corner we made our way over to it and slumped down into the seats, a busty waitress came over a few minutes later to take our order. She fluttered her eyelashes at both me and Dragus and lent down on the table so I had a perfect view down her shirt her perky boobs sitting there. Any other time I would have been all over those but this time something felt wrong she was pretty but my dragon wasn't interested in her and I think she got the vibe after we ordered our drinks and didn't engage with her turning our attention towards the door.

After about an hour a few guys came into the bar waving at the barmaid as they made their way over to another table on the other side of the bar. I recognised one of the guys from the elevator at the hotel earlier in the day he had another 3 guys with him and they sat at the largest booth chatting and laughing with each other.

After watching the guys for 20 minutes my eyes snapped over to the door as Aria Ariel and the girl from the elevator walked in. It was like the wind was knocked out of my chest I started to sweat her intoxicating scent wafted through the bar vanilla and the honeysuckle was so sweet. I looked over at Dragus who must have looked like a mirror image of me he stared intently at Aria from across the bar my eyes made their way back to Aria as she weaved through the packed bar. Before I could register what was coming out of my mouth both Dragus and I uttered the words we never knew we would

"MATE"
