Two weeks on the dot after my mate was made Queen, Melissa went into labor. She was sweating and cursing me within an inch of my life, but I just smiled at her and kissed her forehead. I told her she was beautiful and how great she was doing.

I held her in my arms as she pushed life into this world. She screamed and her body shook, but she pushed through it.

The doctor held our little bundle to us, and smiled as he wrapped the little one in a pink blanket.

Just then the door flew open and everyone came rushing in. All the girls squealed and cooed at the babies and the guys came and patted me on the back with congratulations.
