Megan emerged from the bathroom and didn’t look well.

It was an intimacy beyond the kissing and caressing, stirring something deep within them.

“What’s on your mind?” Sullivan inquired, reaching out with his warm fingers to trace her lips when she didn’t respond. making me some pasta upstairs? I haven’t had much to eat tonight.”
