We arrive at the restaurant and Cadence isn't as excited as I'd hoped but I know she thinks that I'm having an affair with Andie. She's trying to work it out but I could never, ever cheat on her. She's the love of my life, my mate, best friend and the amazing mother of my cub.

"Tony, what's going on between you and that girl?"

I cup her beautiful face in my hands, running my thumbs over her cheeks and I pull her into a sweet, gentle kiss.

"Come on inside".

I help her out of the limo and into the restaurant. The hostess leads us to one of the private rooms. It's decorated with dozens of red and white roses, romantic lighting and a center piece with candles.

She gasps, "Tony, it's beautiful".

"It's not near as beautiful as you".

I pull out her chair and help her sit. I'm nervous but I know in my heart that I shouldn't be. I should have done this years ago but I wasn't ready.

Before I go around to my chair I drop to one knee and pull out a velvet box.

"Tony what are you doing?"

"I love you, Cadence. I have for so long but I was so broken. You pieced me back together and gave me support, love, yourself and our perfect little boy. You gave me family when I had none making me whole once again".

She's got tears pooling in her eyes.

"I haven't always been what you deserve and I'm so sorry about that. You dealt with the loss of our second little bundle on your own because you couldn't count on me".

"Shh, Cadence you couldn't. That news would have destroyed me, sent me further down the dark path I was on. I've been seeing a counselor and he helped me let go of some of the baggage I've been holding for so long".

The tears she held back for so long finally spill over.

"Now... Cadence Richards, will you please marry me?"

"Of course I will. Goddess, Tony you had me terrified something was wrong with us".

I wipe her tears, "You're the only one I need. You and Gabriel are my world and I'll do whatever it takes to make sure you're happy, healthy and taken care of".

I slip her mother's amethyst ring on her finger. I had a diamond ring all picked out but I realized she doesn't really like diamonds so I swiped the ring her brothers found knowing it would mean more to her than anything I could buy for her.

She hugs me tight after I slide the ring on her finger, "Tony I want you to quit this job and come home".

"I ca—"

"You can Tony. I want you home with me and Gabe. He misses you so much when you're gone and I don't want you or him to miss out on anything else".

It's hard being away but I really thought I was doing what was right. She takes my face in her hands and presses her lips to my forehead.

"I know you're overthinking this. You don't have to because we will be fine. We have more money than you think so you can stop worrying".

I just looked at the statements we have thirty thousand in savings and three thousand in our checking account.

"Luna Kylah and Alpha Alester helped me invest some of our money a while back. We just sold our stocks and have over six hundred thousand dollars".

"How?" I ask completely shocked.

"I'm going to be honest, I have no idea. Alpha Alester and Beta Marcus deal with the pack investments and they are really good at it".

I have so many follow up questions but we can talk about it later.

We finish our romantic dinner and go back out to the car. We're being driven about forty-five minutes outside the city.

We are dropped off at the end of a path that leads to a large cabin. It also splits off and goes around the outside. The path is lit with candles.



"Tony!" she gasps, "how did you do all this?"

"You'll see".

I lead her around and she's met by Kylah who hands her a bouquet and fusses with her hair as I go stand at the end of the path. Griffin, Kody and Marcus stand beside me while Sadie and Tessa wait opposite us waiting for Kylah to join them.

Cadence still looks confused. Alpha Alester's sister Dani sends Gabriel down the aisle towards her. I love the way she lights up when he's around. She's the best mother in the world and I'm so blessed she's my beautiful mate.

I can hear Kylah explain that this is our wedding. The look on her face is priceless. Leon holds his his arm out and she slips her arm through his. She's beaming at me... this was the best idea I ever had.

I can tell she wants to run into my arms but she manages to hold herself back.

"I'm so happy for you both. I love you." he kisses her cheek and then takes his place next to me.

Alpha Alester takes his place to officiate, "We are gathered here this evening to unite these two souls before the Goddess and their family and friends".

I can't wait to legally make her mine.
