The mysterious Lords of the Times of Days have created seven academies where they teach children to hunt, kill, and be genius of wars. At the academy of Morningstar, five-hundred students want to graduate, but only sixty students will graduate and the rest will die. In order to graduate, they will have to face a total of four trials, each one deadlier than the last. The students will have to work together in a group of twenty students and a mentor to graduate, but what will happen if the twenty students chosen hate each other? What will happen if the mentor of the team is the assassin that killed one-hundred students during the first trial? Will the team of Draconic be able to see past the assassin and work with their appalling teammates to graduate? Written in a third point of view, "Morningstar" follows the story of the assassin and the team of Draconic as they struggle to reach graduation alive. The members of Draconic will discover their flaws, form new alliances, kill old friends, discover forbidden magic, and cheat just to stay alive. And all of that while the assassin risk his neck to keep them alive and fulfill his hidden goal.
