Bradley took a long glance at Felix, who was hidden under the blanket and was about to walk over when he heard his phone ring.

After finishing the pile of paperwork that resembled a small mountain, he opened the drawer to put Cole's old phone inside. Unexpectedly, he found the girly diary that Clark had given him. Bradley took it out from the drawer and hesitated for a few seconds before putting it back.

He had no interest in Esther's past emotional experiences. Likewise, he had no interest in Esther's secret crush diary.

If his grandfather were alive, he would rather not have any interaction with Esther in this lifetime.

Bradley took one last look at the diary filled with girlish thoughts, closed the drawer, and washed up before going to sleep by Felix's side.

The moment Bradley went to sleep with Felix, the boy's little arm unconsciously wrapped around his arm, and his voice was soft as he murmured in his sleep, "Mommy... I miss you so,

so much."
