Leah arrived at the attending physician's office for Liliane's heart condition, Dr. Wilson Birch. He was a renowned cardiac expert in the country, and Liliane had been his patient since she was young. A nurse came to knock on the door of the doctor's office.

Leah picked up her limited edition Birkin bag in time and said softly, "I'll leave you to work then. Let's go for a dip in the hot spring whenever you and your spouse are free."
