Once again Jennifer had skipped her breakfast, lunch and dinner today. She had locked herself in her room not letting anyone to even have a glimpse of her shadow. Hazel, Jacqueline and Diana tried to talk her in but she still didn’t budge. Something was wrong, very wrong. During lunch, I noticed that for a very first time her friends looked out of place and had little to no food.

Eventhough Daniel didn’t show it, but deep inside I knew that he was tensed for her. These many years of friendship between me, Daniel, Jay and Drew has given us the authority to know the real him behind that blank face of his. During dinner, her mother kept insulting her behind her back and an almost truce was made between the Luna and her about exchanging her with her step-sister Margaret, but Daniel brought a direct stop to the topic by a simple no.

Hazel, Jacqueline and Diana looked like they were about to throw their plates on the Lunas and her step-mom’s face. How much change a mere human girl had brought in us. Making Drew a proud father, having me, Jay, Hazel and Jacqueline dancing on her little finger, Diana fangirling and a little warmth in the cold heart of the King. My bag was packed and I was very well ready to depart. Yes, I had packed my belongings and was ready to run away, far from the place which was turning a hell for me. Thats what I always did, running from the problems I had. It was very late at night and everyone was surely in a deep slumber. There were very less soldiers outside who were busy daydreaming or we could say nightdreaming. I somehow with my great mixture skills of a ninja and a detective was able to remove the way to the airport. Ok Fine I searched it on my phone and made some things out with the help of the maps through the library. I was ready to depart, to be free and away from everything.

With my great ninja skills I sneaked out of the whole damn palace and directly in the woods unseen. Well fine, everyone was too deep in their sleep to notice my existence slipping past them.
