“Can I ask you for your presence in my room when the palace would be in a slumber Ms. Meredith?” This was the question I was asked by Catherine when she appeared at my door. More like ordered it and left without listening to my answer.

After a lot of thinking I made the decision of letting the poor have my great presence. Making my way towards the room, I knocked on the door. A very polite voice answered ‘Enter’. Even her voice sounded more matured than my behavior.

I entered in the room to see Catherine sitting on a sofa across the window. The room was lighten up with moonlight. She really looked beautiful, where the moonlight was falling on her and complimenting her beauty. Deep down in my heart I felt that she was the perfect choice for him.

“Please have a seat Ms. Meredith.” She patted the seat beside her. I made my way and instead of sitting beside her, took a sit on the chair set beside the sofa. What? There are more chances of me being accidentally murdered by an angry shewolf.

She had a daughter from her mate who had mysteriously disappeared. He chosed her because she belonged from another powerful pack. The girl tried a lot to meet her son, but the Alpha had made every provision so that his son wouldn’t ever see her face.

One night she was successful enough to sneak in and take her son with her. She ran in the woods. She just wanted to keep her son safe, afterall she was a mother. But that night destiny had something else planned her. She was brutally raped by men and beaten to death in the silence of the dark night in front of her 3 year old child. The child had seen his weak human mother raped by men and beaten to death. He saw his father smirking behind the shadow of the trees. He saw his step-mother laughing.
