His beauty had a tinge of darkness and mystery. A blank scowl was permanently edged on his face. They say that the eyes are the mirrors to the soul. His soul was blank and dead. What was worse, was that he was terribly good looking, with dark hair, and a towering height. He was built, but not muscular, his presence screamed power. He looked and felt like death.

As he enters, the whole banquet, which I noticed now that existed, bowed in front of him. And from that very gesture, mu assumption of him being the Alpha King was made. He walked towards the throne with such grace. Reaching the throne which was placed at one side of the banquet hall, where all royals had to be seated, he takes his seat. “Rise” Just a word was enough to pass a shiver through my spine. His voice was menacingly deep as well as velvety.

I was so busy ogling him that I had almost forgotten about the mission. If I didn’t had a mission to complete I would definitely be passing the whole program while ogling him. Checking the whole hall, it would be nearly impossible to reach him without being beheaded. Keyword being ‘nearly’. They just needed a small distraction, but the morons were too busy eating the chocolate covered strawberries. Guess god was on my side, because finally Justine’s attention turned towards my wildly jumping form, who was just trying to get his attention by jumping around but was definitely looking like an animal which was not discovered yet, weirdly dancing around. But here everyone I wasn’t alone. My clumsiness loved me till death. While jumping around like an idiot to get their attention, I didn’t notice the huge pot beside me and hit it, which resulted in it to tumble down and make a huge noise. Great, finally, I had officially signed my death warrant. I was just waiting for everyone to turn towards me when .........

Looking down I saw both Byron and Charles at each other’s neck ready to kill each other. Atleast I wouldn’t be dying alone. The reason’s for 5 human’s deaths : Jennifer:- Hitting a pot and got caught while jumping like an animal who still isn’t discovered. Charles and Byron:- Killing each other on the topic of chocolate and strawberry tasting better in the served desert. Crystal:- Falling from the chair on which she was standing and cheering up Charles. Justine:- Death of embarrassment.

I was so busy in watching the fight that I didn’t notice that I was about to tumble down the railing on which I was almost standing trying to listen for the defenses used by Byron for team chocolate. Somehow I backed out, but while moving back, the tube of the virus made a ‘clink’ sound with the rail.

Since god loved me so much. I looked up to checked if anyone heard the sound due the werewolf hearing sense as it would be easy for them to even hear a bug humming around.

Everyone’s eyes were focused on the protestor’s of chocolate and strawberry.

Except those deep and dark pools.

Those hard like rock eyes.

Those eyes in which one could melt away easily.

Oh he too belonged from team chocolate.

But I guess I should concentrate more on the topic of the Alpha King catching me read handed looking exactly like a person there for a terrorist attack, who was about to be killed by falling to her death by jumping off the second floor’s railing.

I felt warmth near my chest. Looking under my huge hoodie ,which I wore incase of disappearing in it if anyone catches me, I noticed the pendant shining.

Now about that as we all know, that werewolves have mates which are said to be their soulmates and as well as their life partners. Now there are times when werewolves find their mates not only in the werewolf realm but in human realm as well. Which means that all werewolves do not have werewolves mate but some have human mates as well. This is where, the witches and wizard kingdom was contacted to and were made to create special pendants which consisted of such power that would shine when the werewolf would find his mate. So when the human and the werewolf would see each other, the werewolf would recognize the human as their mate through their powers, but the humans would too recognize the werewolf as their mate as the pendant would start shining indicating the human finding his/her mate in the werewolf. The pendant is a thing that is mandatory for all human’s to wear.

And here it was my pendant glowing in all it’s glory. Looking up I saw the already shocked brown pools. The definition of shocked being a little widening of his eyes with a blank face and no other muscle moving. Guess noone needed a bulletin special news.

Great, God has proved himself that I was in a damn illusion of him loving me.
