Their destinies collide as the mythical Sky Man guides them and gives them power from the Phantom Realm. After hundreds of years the peaceful Galactic Regency is under assault from within and without. The followers of Sky Man have a plan to restore the Regency, but can they overcome a monomaniacal pirate captain, a corrupt Regent, and a power hungry commerce authority conspiring with mysterious aliens.
