In 1960 the strongest earthquake ever recorded struck Chile. It unleashed a massive eighty-foot tsunami on the Chilean coast. Waves traveled the Pacific. Fifteen hours and 6,000 miles later, thirty-five-foot waves hit the Hawaiian Islands. Twenty-two hours after the earthquake, eighteen-foot waves reached Japan.
Two days later the Cordon Calle volcano in Chile erupted.
To humans, this event was simply a natural disaster.
To the metaphysical world, this was a much larger catastrophe. There are four places on Earth where the barriers between this world and another world meet. These doorways have stood closed for thousands of years.
One of those doors is located in Chile.
On May 22, 1960 something opened that door…
