Michael smiled, and suddenly turned the topic, "You just said I am your husband. I am so glad to hear that."

Catherine gave him a supercilious look.

She did know Michael 's characters and tempers. He was just joking. So she just said, "I am just taking you as a shield."

"But Michael, you beat Alfred today. He will definitely do something to you. I got you into trouble again."

Catherine turned into a somber look.

Alfred Jones was the son of the boss of Jones Construction Company, Wallance Jones, who was also a big client of their firm. This man was even more narrow-minded than his son.

Michael was shouting.
