Skinwalker

It wasn’t that long ago that vampires and werewolves were just old myths and Hollywood magic. They existed only in the imagination of humans, until the Reveal when subhumans of all kinds emerged from the shadows and began integrating into society. Two years have passed since then and the only thing Piper Monáe, a woman with a unique subhuman ability to skinwalk, has wanted is to spend her life hidden in the shadows. As a waitress at a strip club staffed with subhumans, she’s done exactly that, but her hope for a quiet life is shattered when a stranger with a file of missing subhumans shows up asking for Piper’s help. Piper is asked to use her ability and risk her life to free the subhumans who have been abducted.
