Lisa POV

We have been engaged for two months now and a lot has changed: I went back to NYC and quit my job and now I live with Chris. I also just got a job opportunity which Chris is very supportive of. He understands that I want to work and be productive but he says that won’t stop him from spoiling me. Of course, I’m okay with cause he does have good taste. He bought me Chanel purses in every color and sneakers to match his and Princes. Speaking of Princess, she is so adorable and I’m happy that I get to be her stepmom. Nia totally accepts me because she sees how Chris has changed and gotten to be a better father because of me.

Anyway, I’m in Dunkin Donuts filling my craving for iced coffee when in walks Yasmine Flanders who is a model, and Chris’s ex-girlfriend.

Chris POV

I’m at the club with OHB having a good time when Violet and her friends come into my section.

Lisa and I arrive at the same time at the waffle house. We kiss then walk into the restaurant. We are seated in the back.

I call the waitress over and we order.

Simple shit like eating at the waffle house with her is what I love. I love spending time with her and I can’t wait to marry her.
