Chapter 48 A Narrow Escape 

Everyone present was left in shock. They stood frozen the moment they saw the gun. 

Willow, Miranda, and Zoey stood beside Caspian. They were particularly shaken. Their composure was 

clearly shattered. 

Shots were fired without warning. The sound of the shots echoed through the entire hotel. 

“Ahhhh!” 

The hotel staff and the guests present were all terrified. They were scrambling to flee in every direction.

Willow, along with her family, were once again astounded by Caspian’s extensive network of protection. 

The wedding venue gradually returned to order. 

“Caspian, what’s the matter? You don’t look well. Were you scared just now?” Willow asked with genuine concern as she noticed that Caspian’s complexion had turned somewhat pale.
