"Now get back to work,"

"The children's medical history, the ones we know of anyways. The King must sign off on the adoptions; two children have found new homes today thanks to you, Brinley," Sister Mary Danvers says, hugging me.

We all pile into the car and head back toward the palace. Xander signed off on the adoptions and gave the paperwork to Kelsy and Delores.

"So, how do you plan on hiding Axel from Ryder?"

"I'm not. I am going to introduce them tonight, and I know Ryder will be happy,”

Delores and Kelsy spent most of the day with us. Katie and Annabella joined us outside so the kids could play, and Rose and Annabella mostly slept. It was nice to have us together laughing, drinking tea, and telling jokes.

It reminded me that we were all family.
